regarding @late violet problem: when he goes to his ChatStats page, it shows a 404 error. His old Twitch name was MaxLionGamming and it never worked then. He recently changed his name from MaxLionGamming to MaxLionGaming and it still doesn't work.

right so no then easy enough. im thinking from a viewer perspective that isnt a stream elements user, I suppose they can sort through 50 twitter posts, kinda weird. In the future please have these thoughts when faced with a challenge "make it seamless for the customer" "Get in front of mistakes and own them loud and clear" "corporate responsibility" No big but if im having to look and sift through a ton of info to give my viewers a reasonable explanation without making me look shady, your notifications need some work. Data loss and unforeseeable things happen, but as a lifetime customer service professional I would be sick at my stomach if one of my company's actions caused a customer of mine to feel even remotely like they were being shady to one of their customers. Remember to hit that backup button 😉

- All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
- Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.
@cunning quiver Twitch prime (new and resub) and paid subscriptions (resub only) must be shared in chat manually by the person subscribing in order for the subscription information to be sent to StreamElements. For twitch prime, the user needs to have sharing enabled on https://www.twitch.tv/settings/prime. if someone subs or resubs, for them it will show a share button in the chat box, if they don't click that: Twitch won't send a signal to StreamElements to recognize a new or renewed sub and because of that doesn't send out an alert

Yeah they crack down on copyrighted music because even though your VODs are muted, they aren’t allowed to let you play copyrighted music for an audience if you don’t own the correct license for the music

hi guys, so i’m trying to stream to twitch by screen sharing my iPad (was planning on drawing some emotes) but every time i try to start streaming i get an error message saying “attempted to start invalid broadcast” or something. is there anywhere i can go to get some help for this? i tried going to a q&a place online and on the thread it said the problem has been fixed, but i’m still having issues 😩 any help would be nice

Are google fonts the only fonts that work for custom fonts? The font I want to use is installed in the normal directory, I’ve restarted every program and the pc and I still have no luck. Are .oft fonts not supported, is it only .ttf?

- Add an item that has these settings on it:
- Stream Perk
- Loyalty settings to your desire
- (Next step) Add contents (image and/or sound you want to play)
- "Redeeming this item shows an alert
- Redemable via chat
- Skip Requirements
- Get the item name/command from the 2nd creation page
- Go to commands page here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/bot/commands/custom
- Add command with desired name and have response for command as:
${redeem item_name_here} - Go to your overlays and edit the overlay you use.
- Click on "widgets" and add "Store redemptions" widget. Click save and you should be golden.
- Test your own command in chat and have OBS or editor open to hear sound

Hi there! After the loyalty points server misstep, I am painstakingly rebuilding my top viewers points manually using my chat logs to calculate their viewtime. I realised that viewtime is broken as well. I guess this is not a problem with huge streamers, but I am very small rn and at the moment it´s kind of a big thing that I cannot change the all-time points leaderboard nor the viewtime. Are there plans set in motion to let us modify these leaderboards by ourselves even if it's a one-off? Would be greatly appreciated.

There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.

Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Hello. Is it possible that the default chat command !command is bugged? If I configure it to be used only by Super Moderators, it then can still be used by normal Moderators. Even if I configure it in the way, that only the broadcaster (me) can use it, all Moderators still can use it. It's the only command where this happens, I tested it out. I already let the SE-Bot leave the chat and then let it rejoin in order to figure out if this impacts the behavior - no change did happen. Can you help me out plz? Thx in advance!

The amount of people entered into the giveaway matters a lot, the smaller the pool of people means that each person has a fairly large chance of it being them again as each person's win % is higher. We've put in a lot of time checking the system and we've found no faults with how it works when we've looked

I am having a problem with my Obs / Streamelements that I cannot resolve.
For some time I have streamed games on my laptop which are not necessarily very greedy. In my game everything is fine, no lag or FPS fuck. By cons on my return OBS I have incredible drops of FPS I go from 60 to 27 FPS.
I tested with a competitor's Obs everything works perfectly fine. But I got used to always justly using OBS streams for my streams.
I have looked and searched a lot of forums and videos on youtube to find a solution and I can find absolutely nothing.
Here is my PC Configuration:
CPU: Ryzen 7 1700x
Ram: 16 GB 3200 Mhz
SSD: Kingstone 250go
GPU: Gtx 1050TI
If one of you could possibly give me a solution it would be very nice.

But it was correctly rejecting songs over 5 minutes
Just not over 6 or 7 minutes
Which makes me think it's broken on a deeper level
Also the auto filter doesn't work properly it seems, I have it set to reject songs under 40k in views, but it was rejecting ones with over 200k and saying that they didn't have enough views.

@icy pumice Sounds like you have your stream sound unmuted so your stream is capturing the sound that's already played and playing it again so it just repeats over and over, all you need to do is mute anywhere you have your own stream open.

@elder lintel You go to the Channels page, there you can make a link for dashboard access, once dashboard access is established you can share your overlays with that person when using the Channels dropdown menu to control their dashboard

Make sure to ☑ “Shutdown source when not visible” for all browser sources (all OBS scenes).
