A timer is a preset message displayed at a set interval based on chat lines and time passed. If you were to use a bot command like !points during the timer it would count towards the chat lines and would trigger the timer

Timers are great for sending discord/social media information at a set interval during your stream

Hello, I am trying to find a way to prevent spam botting in a chat i am an admin in. For further explanation, someone is using a program to cause literal hundreds of bots to spam a certain phrase, i have banned the phrase through streamelements, but they just change the phrase and continue the process...

The custom font option is not for Google fonts. Google fonts are the default font options.

Custom fonts is for using fonts on your local machine.

• Ground Control does not have Custom Bot Name
• Subscriber count will count the Channel and any other permanent sub you may have (+1 or +2 or +3 on top).
  We are working on fixing both issues, but there is no ETA.
  OBS.Live still has Custom Bot name working fine in it.

Steps:

!redeem is a default command - you can rename it and you can add an alias to it. How many store items you have is irrelevant for the command it self.

each item, will have its own chat variable name

here are instructions on making actual custom commands to trigger the sounds

Steps to make a command trigger sound on stream:

1. Go to Stream Store page here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/store/items
2. Add an item that has these settings on it:

• Stream Perk
• Loyalty settings to your desire
• (Next step) Add contents (image and/or sound you want to play)
• "Redeeming this item shows an alert
• Redemable via chat
• Skip Requirements

3. Get the item name/command from the 2nd creation page
4. Go to commands page here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/bot/commands/custom
5. Add command with desired name and have response for command as: ${redeem item_name_here}
6. Go to your overlays and edit the overlay you use.
7. Click on "widgets" and add "Store redemptions" widget. Click save and you should be golden.

In the overlay editor when I want to insert a text box, where is the option to change the font? Under text settings there are options for size, spacing etc but I don't get the option to change the font itself

Timers will trigger based on the two criteria: Lines of Chat, and Time. If the time has passed and the corresponding lines of chat have been met, the timers will trigger. The recommendation for timers is to set them at varying time and chat line triggers. This will ensure that you don't have a bunch of timers going at once and spamming your chat.

last week we figured, that the Hardware acceleration completely blocks everything, but diabling this leads ti choppy animations of my Browser sources. 3) Stop your stream/recording.

@spring lake Due to a recent change from Twitch API, these features are affected by the change:

• Ground Control does not have Custom Bot Name
• Subscriber count will count the Channel and any other permanent sub you may have (+1 or +2 or +3 on top).
  We are working on fixing both issues, but there is no ETA.
  OBS.Live still has Custom Bot name working fine in it.
