i have a question regarding sprinklers, if i in first day in spring in 2nd year plow a large area for the seeds, and put there sprinklers on the exact same day meaning 1st of spring as the seeds, does it count as them watering the crops the same day i put them down or does it count as the next day meaning im losing my first day of crops growing?

in my mind, the backpack doesnt count as one of Pierre's products.
It's a gameplay feature locked behind a pricetag, but lore-wise there's no reason it's sold by Pierre specifically, it would make more sense to be sold by Marlon but Ape didn't want to lock the backpack behind Spring 5 + slaying 10 slimes.

In a challenge run where I don't buy from Pierre or Joja, would the backpack be allowed?

You don't even open the shop interface to buy it, which is another reason it feels like being placed in Pierre's is just for the sake of accessibility to the player

Travelling merchant is allowed, independant shopkeepers like Marlon and Willy are allowed, the goal of the run is not to put any money in the pockets of Joja or Pierre
