If you cleared literally the complete grass, then I would recommend it. I mean, you just started, so it shouldn't hurt that much, and grass is needed for animals later on. It regrows, but Idk if it only regrows from still existing grass or out of nowhere when there isnt any grass at all

It's a mixed flower seed. Plant it and you'll get a random flower out of the possible seasonal ones that can grow currently.

You'll get more of them if you chop away at the fiber in the mines, so it's not super important. I'd say the dwarf scroll if you've already donated it you can swap, if not keep the scroll. Other option is to eat the field snack if you need energy and really want the space.
