• i dunno for layout but there are plenty online
• the normal trees can produce syrup/resin if you put a tapper on them, which is a crafting resource for a lot of things
• which tree? normal or fruits? there is no 'good number' but because of greenhouse it's usually 2 of each type of fruit tree
• you do not need to water trees, both fruit and normal. fertilise them though because it'll make them grow faster (this does not work on fruit trees)

It's (generally) impossible to do every Community Centre Bundle in Year 1, don't sweat it, grab what you need next year. In your inventory you can see what's needed for a bundle by using the tree icon in the top-right of the inventory UI, it will also throb if your cursor is over an item needed for a bundle so you don't use/sell it by accident.
