for me, i made a new save after completing the CC so i knew what all to look for...
My very first save was a disaster, so I took what I learned from my mistakes and started over. My second save was good, and I made good progress, but I felt like I could do better, specifically in getting the greenhouse and bus unlocked in year 1.
So I started over again and had a very successful run that made it to year 14, had a lot of fun.
Sometimes starting over fresh can be better than living with the regret of "I wish I had done it this way". Instead of wishing, start over and actually do it this way.

Don’t look at speed running as just playing the game fast. The amount of skill, technical knowledge of how the game operates. Etc when you really get into the barebones is actually interesting. Speedrunners know exactly how many steps to make it rain the next day so they can save time on watering. Etc.
