On pc and mobile if you can get any character to say something you get a specific item. For example if u named yourself [74] and a character referred to u by name you would get a prismatic shard. Each number refers to each specific in game item (u can google the numbers and corresponding item. The SDV wiki has a good list). The most popular way to use this is mass buy chickens and name the chickens these numbers. This does not work on switch as it is solely a switch technical issue, so it should work on pc and mobile. This can help u gain an edge to make the game faster by obviously getting rare items or mass selling rare items

Where can I find the prismatic slime?

The way prismatic slimes spawn is that they have a small chance to override a normal slime and transform them into a prismatic slime. So, naturally, any floor with slimes has a chance to have prismatic slimes.

I'd recommend the earlier floors, or infested ones if you can find them.

go to the adventurer's guild and i'd recommend you purchase the steel falchion

the lava katana costs way too much and you're probably going to throw away your weapon once you get the ||galaxy sword|| anyways

9k for a super fast obsidian edge is okay ig

obsidian edge is the most cost-effective weapon though since you get it for free in the mines

a decent ||skull cavern|| run can get you at least one prismatic shard though, so you can get the ||galaxy sword|| right after if you're decently lucky
