No, the pins say no mentions at all of any post-CC content. It then goes on to say you spoiler other things like CC rewards.

It could perhaps actually do with clarification there! We say post-CC to mean content from after the CC's full completion. CC rewards like ||the desert after unlocking the bus|| would need to go in spoilers, for instance.

You can cut down the tress in cindersap forest, and the path above your house, and the trees in the train station. They will all grow back, except in winter, where you'll have to put tree fertiliser on them

You could always put tree fertiliser on them on every other season, too, just to make them grow back faster

You can also plant trees using the acorns, pinecones, and oak seeds
