quick tip: if you plant a cauliflower on the first day of spring along with bean, parsnips, and potatoes, you can finish the spring bundle for pantry and obtain 20 speedgro on the day of the egg festival, using that on the strawberry on the same day you bought them will make them produce an extra harvest at the end of the season (if you keep watering obviously)

I did a run where I pretty much only mined for the first season. Easy money can come from repeating levels 115-120 getting the gold, smelting and selling with blacksmith profession. ||This should give you enough money for the lava katana, which will make early progression into the skull caves easier; Iridium is more prevalent on levels 35+ but the mobs hit HARD||
