okay so. i couldnt find anything very conclusive but, if it's your first year you can just save the fish you need for the community center and just sell the rest.
if you're worried about eating an expensive fish, you can go to willy's shop and sell him the fish directly so you can see how much it's worth. id say anything that is below 100g isnt worth selling, but it's up to you

hi i have another question, what happens if i delete steam, then reinstall it again, then purchase my stardew valley game..

will it still have my saves? i can't find the save files

how to backup the save?

or issit already in cloud save?

cause by uninstalling steam, it will automatically uninstall the unnecessary files under that steam file (eg GreenLuma).. right ?

Steam saves the necessary information in your account, and only if it connected into an account. So if the savefiles is stored locally, it would perhaps not save your progress
