-forest has hardwood and forageable, but mahogany farm is a thing so forageable is most apparent.
-hill top has mining node spawn but overall this function is not useful enough.
-wilderness has mobs which considerably annoying.

it depends on when you are in your year. Ancient fruit takes a whole month before it starts producing fruit and then produces one a week. So if it's end of summer, not worth it cuz you might get ONE fruit out of it before winter. But if it's early summer, still worth it.
