Infested floors change daily but id just go to the mines find an infested floor and reset that floor. For example if floor 52 is infested that day clear it then go back to floor 0. Take the elevator to 50. Clear 51 and 52 . Repeat.

You have more than enough time for that. Focus on crops(money maker) quests, leveling up your skills, and upgrading tools

Lots of things to do. Most people don’t have pretty farms until after all that. Usually around year 2-3 is when they start decorating their farm and house
