hi so i used to play stardew valley with mods but i ended up deleting them and uninstalling smapi but now my save file wont load (my other smaller ones will load and i can play on those). im just curious if theres any way i can fix this issue since ive been playing on this save for a couple years now and i dont want to lose my progress. ive been trying to load my save on vanilla and i reinstalled smapi but im not sure which old mods i used to use because there were a lot so im not sure where to go from here

hello, I previously asked about an issue I had with The Legend registering in my fishing collection and someone suggested I download the mod that allows for multiple catch of legendary fish. I tried that and caught the legend on a backup save, but it didn't register for my collection. Does anyone have any other potential solutions that may work? I looked for a mod that could edit the fishing collection itself so i could manually mark it as caught but couldn't find one

Not that I can think of, since it's a "one catch" fish you could try editing the save but it's highly not recommended and could lead to it being broken. Also don't know what you'd look for

Yeah I tried that with a back-up. I thought I had figured out where to add it in but then the save wouldn't appear in the load screen for the game

If your laptop is made from 2014+ it will run no problem, if the normal version doesn't there is a secondary version that does.

Go to the top left of your steam client window, click on "Steam" > "settings" > "controller" > "general controller settings"> Another window will open up and make sure that for whatever controller you are using that the support box is checked. After that the controller provided it's plugged in or connected with bluetooth should pop up in that window and you will be good to go!

Monogame has a horrible bug. The technical reasoning is we don't know. Some computers at utter random just can't use the normal branch. You can have 10 copies of the exact same computer 7 will work fine 3 will not and there is no rhyme, reason, or current solution

i have trouble with my game, all of a sudden, i can't deliver my Quest items, i have the 500 Q-Fruits, but the box won't open, same with the 100 potatoes Quest at Lewis house, i can't put them anywhere. Also my Barrels in the cellar, i filled them all with yellow star goat cheese and some don't have a star on the barrel now, they finished ripening and i emptied the purple ones, but there are still the ones without a star on them, eventhough they all had the same quality, when i put them in.

so i think i lost my ostrich incubator since i did get it from mr.snail but i canā€™t find it anywhere. i checked all my chests and itā€™s not there. the lost and found didnā€™t have it and i donā€™t recall losing it in the mines. does anyone have any idea how to find it? or will i just have to use mods to get a new one?

I know that the problem with fortnite is that when cpu useage reaches 100% there is a stutter and then another stutter when it starts moving the load of that cpu to another cpu but maybe I can try to set priority to high

Hello, Iā€™m trying to get stardew valley expanded for my 2021 MacBook Pro. But some of the requirements are saying they are for windows only. And I know there are ways to still open them but I do not know how to change them and get them to work for my laptop. hey so my modded save won't let me load it anymore,,, It first started when I went to bed and then it crashed and I was like "oh that's annoying,, I have to do that day again now",,, I tried it again and it crashed again so I was like "okay, something's clearly wrong" so I looked at the list of mods that it says directly modify the game files and are likely to cause bugs or errors and I should try removing these first,, The only one that I could feesibly remove was "Bettter Artisan Good Icons" because that isn't a mod SVE is dependant on and removing SVE would kinda defeat most of the point of playing with mods so I foolishly removed that without making a backup of the save first and when I tried to open the save it crashed,, Since then I have tried: Verifying the integrity of the game files, restarting my computer, replacing SaveGameInfo with one from a different save, I have checked the save file and everything seems to be intact, it's just that it won't load it,,, Here's the error log if that helps:

Hi guys, I am having a problem with SDV on my PC where the cursor keeps sinking to the bottom right hand corner of the screen on it's own and I can't seem to make it stop. It also auto scrolls down any menu slot that has more than one page. Has anyone else had this problem?

I found a post on reddit that helped me to fix it, I just had to go into the options on the menu screen and select 'force off' for game pad mode.
