The only issues you may have is with mods. As you'd have to wait for the mods to update.

I understand the lag when a floor is generated or Junimo-Kart regenerates. However, most of the lag comes when we are just walking around (no screen changes) or in the middle of fishing.

It's odd becuase its not like it all the sudden has a lot to process (that is obvious to notice).

that "yourname...." is a placeholder, you aren't supposed to have a file actually named that! can you try following the instructions at the bottom of that wiki page, where it says "Undo the last save"?

you will basically need to move or delete the Ultima_277556618 and SaveGameInfo files, then change the names of the other two files by deleting the 4 characters at the end, the _old

your save file probably got corrupted while saving, in most cases doing that will fix it though you unfortunately will lose a day's progress

You can get it, it's not glitched to make it impossible however people believe that that it has an impossible drop rate, however many of us have proof against that ;P

If it is truly glitched on yours (maybe it's based on the save creation who knows) you'll have to wait for the next update which who knows when that would be

I can't make stardew valley open at all, every other steam game opens fine, I've whitelisted it on my antivirus, I've followed 6 different sets of instructions for fixing the game when it doesn't launch, can't locate the app data or startup instructions using any of them so can't delete startup instructions (all sets of instructions out of date online,) tried the fixes like having headphones in and it didn't work, tried verifying the files on steam, tried restarting, resetting internet, deleted the SV files, uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game and it still doesn't open, it just says stop where the play button is for a few seconds (as it usually does while the game is running) then it goes back to the green play button, without launching the game. Can anyone help pls? I think I've actually tried everything in the online forums and all my techy friends' suggestions

Hello, quick question about saves (looked through the channel but haven't found this issue). I have a save file that won't load in game, but when I check /<user>/AppData/Roaming/StardewValley/... the save file is still there and NOT empty (~5mb), but opening just results in a blank text editor. This happens for every file in the folder, including the *_old save.

Is the save just gone or is there any other way to recover it? I'm playing vanilla unmodded and have tried the steps in !saves

I play SV on Nintendo Switch and suddenly the game started freezing whenever I try to fish!

I cannot move or do anything else, what happens is that every few seconds I get the fish exclamation mark and a sound together with it, and that just keeps happening, while all other controls including menus are unavailable :/

Only way to fix this is to kill the game and restart

How do you get achievements to show up in steam? I’ve unlocked all of them, minus beating the prairie king, and a couple aren’t showing up

So there is this table. You can put items in it (as you know). But if you have a friend, you can glitch and make unlimited stuff. If you take the item from table at the same time with the other player, they will keep the item AND the item will still be at the table.

Hey yall, ive been having some problems when i try to rollback a day. I'm trying to rollback one day because I want to put on a wedding outfit and i didnt realize i needed to put it on the night before my actual wedding day, but whenever i try and delete the save files I have and rename the old ones it brings up some issues. The deleted files named Savefile___ and (farmname) save files just..reappear after i delete them. Im also unable to rename my other save files to delete the _old for the rollback, am I doing something wrong? I'm not deleting any of the save files with (old) at the end of them, just the ones that were specified on the wiki when I looked up how to rollback a day.
