Hi! I have stardew on the switch and for some reason my axe vanished into thin air, I searched all the chests (which arent many), and searched the lost and found along with checking with clint. My farm is getting so over run with trees I can hardly get around in the southern and western side of my farm. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get my axe back?

Having said that, the axe is somewhere in your game. The game checks player count versus tool count, and if the tool's not in the game somehow, it'll give it back to you in lost & found. So I'm sure you'll find it back at some point.

But with the tree it says something like 'Looks Like Youll need to upgrade your pickaxe to destroy this dense stone'

Hey so using mobile. Downloaded mods (android) including sve. The mansion and the location to the right of clints shop just perpetually loads. We downgraded all the mods to fit with the version i have so thats not the issue. Does anybody know why this is happening or how to fix. I was in the mod use chat but they redirected me to y’all so maybe you can help?

Right hello I've read through everything here, are you 100% sure that you've shipped 15 of every crop? It never hurts to do a second check through. The ones that do count as of 1 year ago (so it could have changed are)
||Spring: Cauliflower, coffee bean, garlic, green bean, kale, parsnip, potato, rhubarb, and strawberry.

Summer: blueberry, corn, hops, hot pepper, melon, radish, red cabbage, tomato, wheat, and starfruit.

Fall: Amaranth, artichoke, bok choy, beet, cranberries, grapes, eggplant, pumpkin, and yam.||

Because realistically with it being switch it's almost a situation of it either works or it doesn't and you hope that a check is put in to sense old achievements that you should have and didn't get

Hey everyone, I am looking for some help. For the past week or so I've been trying to launch the game and it has failed. The last time I played was recently after the huge update a few months back. okay, the next step is to try going back a day. there should be four files in the folder: one with your farm's name (or farmer's if it's pre 1.4) and a bunch of numbers, one named exactly that except with _old at the end, SaveGameInfo, and SaveGameInfo_old.
you want to move the two files without _old at the end, name_numbers and SaveGameInfo, somewhere else like your desktop (anywhere is fine, they just can't be in that folder). then rename the other two files to delete _old from the end. that will take you back to the previous day and get around any save corruption

so at the end you'll have two files named name_numbers and SaveGameInfo

okay, so it's the SaveGameInfo that's the problem. do you have another save file that you could grab that file out of? it'll make that other save look like it's duplicated, but that way we know if the save itself is corrupted or just SaveGameInfo

that file is the thing that lets the save actually load into the game, it stores information like your gender, hairstyle, clothing, name, farm name etc that show up on the "Load" page. if you copy one, it will show the wrong information, but the save itself will be untouched

the one you have right now is corrupted and it seems like even the old file is corrupted, since that was the first thing you tried. so we need to "transplant" one from any other save to try to get it to actually load in

I personally run the game through steam and smampi (in the options button, it gives you the choice on how to open the game with smampi, a recommended thing if your pc struggles like mine), although, there is a way to just run the game not through Steam I think. Personally, mine can crash just because I have too many notifications. I would check storage space and stuff

okay so my friends and i just re-logged on a co-op UNMODDED world, all of my friends had our games unmodded and some of us never downloaded mods. we got 5 million coins, 999 legend fish, 5 stacks of 999 of slime eggs, 2 999 stacks of sweet gem berries, a full inventory of stacks of duck feathers, an iridium pickaxe, multiple 999 stacks of ??pink lemonade??, ??foroguemon?? and ??HMTGF?? and probably other items we forgot about. one of my friends also spawned in the middle of nowhere near a broken down house, nowhere to be found, and when they returned they came out of the carpenter's shop
this started happening over the span of multiple days and we have no idea what happened and would like to know how this happened at least??
this was completely random and genuinely none of us did anything to the game prior to this

Hey guys, I'm having an issue where the screen is super small. This started happening when I accidentally changed the game resolution to something random. After I changed it back, the game started behaving funny. Right now my screen and game are both in 3840 x 2160. Changing the game to 1080p fixes this, but then alt-tabbing is a real headache. I've tried messing around in the compatibility settings like online solutions recommend, but it didn't work. I don't know what the game resolution was originally, but the game looked normal and alt-tabbing worked fine.

In the wonderful game Stardew Valley I have experienced a bug. After my Android phone stopped working I got a new one. On this new one I re-downloaded Stardew Valley. After I started playing I noticed that it never gave me music. One day it started raining and I could not hear the rain, just birds. The same thing happens with the sounds in the mines. I have tried things other people have suggested such as: uninstalling and reinstalling; turning down music then turning back up again; using headphones, yet none of these tactics work. I can't even play music on the Jukebox in the Stardrop Saloon.

I loved the music in this game very much and now that it's gone I really miss it and I'm beginning to forget what it sounds like. This seems to be a common bug on Android phones.

Is there anything you can do to fix this?

Maybe you've accidentally pressed the "mute music" button (music note shaped) when starting the game, at the screen of which ConcernedApe is announced as the Developer. Happened to me on PC before.

what should happen if you try to propose to someone who isn't a bachelor is that they'll tell you they're not interested and refuse. do you use any mods?

hey um, I think the horse has a smaller hitbox when moving vertical allowing you to noclip things when you have a single fence next to a building or something

Yo guys,
this issue has probably occured several times but I still can't fix it.

I wanna play with 1 friend on a new farm (Switch) so I set everything up correctly. But she still can't see the game on her join-list. We're Nintendo friends and I put up enough cabins (1/2/3). Does anybody have an idea?

I tested it with another friend and it worked once. Now it doesnt work anymore :/

So I am window user and my friend joined my farm from a windows pc at first and we played alot of hours. But when she logs onto her steam account on her Mac, she can't join my farm? Is there any way to fix this? or is it that since she played on windows pc, she can't rejoin from a mac? Can Mac users not play with window players? / (We are playing in v 1.5.4) (we are playing as 4, the other 2 can connect without issue to farm but she can't 😦 )

We tried everything. did not work. I see ConcernedApe also commented on Reddit about the issue being about the connection of steam to game. So we downloaded Hamachi and fixed it ^^ ! Maybe if anyone else has issue. Hamachiserver works to let us play together

Hello, my SMAPI cannot delve deep into Stardew Valley Expanded and discover all the nested mods that are part of the original zip file. Keeps saying the manifest.json isn't there, but it is if SMAPI looked deeper in the nested folders. I didn't mess with the nested folders and unzipped the downloaded folders as is.

I'm afraid that there's bugs out there that cause certain achievements(trophies) to not pop when gotten. The only fix to this issue is to either try to do the trigger again, trigger it through mods, or editing the save file. The last 2 are by default not possible on the PS4, and as for the first one, if it's an achievement that only triggers once (like stardrops), I'm afraid your out of luck. :C

Hey all, my buddy and I have an issue with our switch multiplayer save file. He’s been hosting this file going on into Summer of Year 3, and out of nowhere after our first afternoon on a day trip via Willys back room, I can’t log into the farm anymore without his switch crashing entirely. We tried advancing by a day and a series of reboots, but no matter what, his save file won’t let me join. Any help?

hey, i play stardew 1.5 on my nintendo switch. this morning (fall day 6 year 5) i went to check my statue of perfection, but it wasn’t there for some reason. it’s located right to the left of the house so it shouldn’t be in any npc’s way? i don’t think there’s any way to get it back and i hate going to the skull caverns just to search for iridium lol. has this happened to anyone else? and can i get it back?

so i'm on my second year (I think) and i've (1.5 spoiler) ||made it to ginger island and done a good amount of the stuff there|| and when the feast of the winter star comes around, the person i have to get a gift for is ||leo, who i can't give anything to because he's not in stardew valley yet, he's still on ginger island||. this means i cant receive my gift either. Its not a big deal, if there's no solution thats fine, i just wanted the devs to be aware of it. I don't want to message CA because that would be really annoying to him, considering that he probably gets 100+ messages from different people every day.
