Hi all, according to the Assassination Rogue class guide on rotation, it says sync Vanish and Deathmark together. However, the combo requires Vanish ---> Garrote ---> Exanguinate, then only Deathmark.

So, my question is how is it possible to sync Vanish a s Deathmark (i.e. assuming the word sync is to cast Vanish, then cast Deathmark using macro)?
