basically makes sure the game is outputting frames only when your monitor refreshes, eg if ur monitor is 60 hz, vsync will force the max fps to be 60
this prevents screen tearing but increases input lag

Oh it does. I can only play one weapon at 2200+ level and 2 more and low dia level. I'm basically handicapped because of it but I progress at a faster rate cause i never diversified my skillset. I go up 100 elo each season minimum. So I'm gonna hit 2300 but at the cost of being very limited in being well rounded. I suggest you play your main in ranked but experiment in different modes so you even out your skills

and it's decompiled so you get some hard to read code

but xpivotting is a good technique to learn - you'll find it easier if you have aim up and jump on different keys

How do I dlight-nair with gauntlets, I’m on controller btw

Input the dlight and then input a jump and then chase dodge in and then nair as fast as possible
You can buffer the jump by like 3 frames so you can chase dodge nair more reliably

ensure your aimup and jump buttons are separated to follow this guide effectively

first way is more inconsistent than the second

dlight > jump > cd > nair

if the dlight is gc-ed (gravity cancelled), you do not need to jump
the cd (chase dodge) is horizontal
this is a true combo on any dexterity

second and better way to dlight nair is the buffer version

dlight > buffer cd > nair

you buffer the cd by jumping in the first few frames of the cd emitting
the timing for this is very percise and will take a lot of practice

just a super general question, do yall use controllers? even the pc boys, i find i have a hard time actually doing dlights they always end up being accidental slights, same with back dashes i always just end up turning around not back dashing.

No, like im clearly winning in the FFA because they are jumping off the map but when the game is finished I'm in last place and people say its cuz of lag, like when i join the game its normal for the first 5 seconds people fight but then after a few seconds they start jumping off the map randomly

As its lag, i would say it was just your wifi problem there. At least for me i just restarted the game which worked the first time. But when it happend again i just had to restart my wifi or just take a break from the game a bit. Again I'm not sure this is your problem, but that's what I did at least

what about moves like cross gaunlet and jiro sword dsigs if you count those as charging they technically stun the opponent as soon as you let go, sure the damage for them comes later in the sig but the actual stun is as soon as you let go
