another person had your exact issue a week ago, i went through every fix i know with them and the only thing that actually made the game work for them was using a vpn

vpn/exit lag/etc

yea im saying that was the only thing that fixed it for them

they were from Indonesia not india but their isp just couldn't connect to sea/jpn servers properly

but when they installed the exitlag free trial, it was perfectly fine for them

ur issue seems similar too theirs, cuz they had fine ping to everywhere but brawls servers too, just know that most vpn services are paid and subscription based

if u want to see if its better, exitlag offers a free trial without having to put in credit card info

not saying it for sure will work, but its worth a try
