Ah not quite, let me try to explain again:
You have five types of infractions:

• Mutes
• Warnings
• Kicks
• Bans
• Tempbans
  These may be combined, for example you can get muted & warned at the same time
  Mutes expire after an amount of time, and only affect similar future infractions - ex: you're muted for spam, then a week later you get muted for spam again - the second time you might receive a warning strike along with the mute

Mutes are not really appeal-able, though if you believe you were muted unfairly you can try to get unmuted ahead of time - but that rarely happens, usually you'll just have to wait the couple hours until it expires
Warnings are either normal warnings or strikes, warnings only affect similar future infractions, strikes count towards a ban - three strikes and you're out
Regular warnings aren't appeal-able, as they're usually just warnings to the user not to do that action again
Strikes are appeal-able, but are currently only revoked if they were made mistakenly - context was missing, the wrong user got warned, etc.
Kicks are usually only used for inappropriate profiles (avatar/username/etc.) and only affect similar future infractions - ex: you're kicked to change your pfp, you rejoin without changing, same thing happens, third time you'd probably be banned
Kicks aren't appeal-able, as you can just rejoin after adjusting your profile
Bans are either for bannable offenses (serious slurs, wishing death, NSFW/malware) or for reaching three strikes

u can make it all true but im not used to keyboard

u can also make it true with reverse nair but u need to make it tighter for it
