seems like ur expecting too much from it. Ai is very bad with exactly replicating real things and notoriously bad with text not to mention that its still an untrained ai in its beta. It mashes a bunch of different images together so its gonna have inaccurate results.

It seems a tad less than medium raw i think for a few others that I didnt share here, but this one somehow looks seared in the middle. Some like it that way, i used to have mine this way. Nowadays i get it well done coz we dont have fresh lamb meat here. I guess for photography showcase, one might want to at least get the middle section to be seared (Guga is good at it) for the steak to appear appealing.
