Adding hair prompts do seem to help and using Asian location prompts tend to change people to asian

It may be, but idk. From an advertising point of view in different countries / areas you may want a specific skin colour. Over here for example, there are allot of advertisement using only african people and quite often in african languages. Those go completely over my head since I can't understand it.

But in other countries further up, almost all people would be african, and it would be somewhat strange to use different skin colors on advertising

This is a weird one I get the first result with no style applied but as soon as I apply any style I get the one that looks like it is made of metal. Have you had your Adobe account previously? Only time we seen the issues is where the people did not pay attention when filling dob (date of birth) while in reality there is age restriction.

I suspect vpn could also be the problem if you use one

for Stable Diffusion you better have for example a decent PC

Yes, I agree sometimes it is easy to forget that these PCs with high gpu ram can cost a fortune. Even renting a server for training a model can be costly, and you would be better off with MJ or perhaps Adobe FF in the future.
