Using the website on Android phone browser is horrible, don't know what you changed today (7/25) but now I can't set a workspace for viewing in then Create screen unless I create something. The "X" at the top right corner of the create used to close the create overlay and would display the Library in workspace mode. Now clicking that closes the first "original" create overlay and brings up the new enhanced create overlay which cannot be closed.
Until today, the create overlay in the phone browser was using the original create not the v4.5 enhanced version. Right now there's a bug which still brings up the original and when you close that one the enhanced version appears.
It would be nice if I could post a screenshot of the bug.
On the Create tab, after clicking Create, instead of going to the Library where the songs are being created, it goes to another, more complicated Create page...

Does anyone have a problem accessing the Workplaces? I used to browse the Workplaces folders to organize my songs, but since yesterday they're not available..
yes we face same issue, they put double layout on create button, layout mobile and desktop mode.
So our workplace is closed by the layout create desktop mode, where this mode does not have access to exit

There is a UI inconsistency on the mobile browser version of Suno.
On desktop, when we click the "Cover" menu, the "Create" button correctly changes to "Remix", indicating that we are in Remix mode. However, the Advanced Options panel is always visible on desktop ā even when not in Remix mode ā which is confusing, but at least functional.
On mobile browsers, clicking the "Cover" button does not switch to Remix mode. The "Create" button stays the same and does not change to "Remix", and the interface doesn't reflect the Remix layout. As a result, we cannot access the Advanced Options features.
Please fix this so that the Cover layout (with the "Remix" button and full functionality) works properly on mobile as it does on desktop.

Maybe clean your Cash and Data form the app or Delete and re installe the app or log out and log back in
If you delete a track while playing another track the player looses which track is played, the playback itself is working but the gui has a bug while displaying. It looks like the gui of the player works with some sort of list and if the order is changed the interaction elements and the displayed song can't be tracked anymore

Turning off Allow Remix setting doesn't work on My Android, web version.
The option to prevent the autoplay advance seems to be missing. It's now playing the next previously generated song and I have to manually stop it.
I'm not on Suno to listen to music, I use it to create music. Then download, and import to an actual media player to later listen. I don't need nor want the next older song to play after the one that just finished being created. The autoplay is one reason that I don't use Riffusion. This is a major annoyance.
The Feedback on the website isn't working, the button to Submit is not selectable.

On the song creator in the android app, the text boxes don't properly avoid my soft keyboard, so the keyboard covers them up and make app pretty hard to use. Pixel 8a

Originally it was supposed to be a limited use test model for free users, but i think they accidentally made it unlimited use until they fixed it recently.
Having issues on chrome browser. Cannot extend, cover etc. Every time I press anything it just goes to the UI with the advanced options. Was working fine yesterday. Today, problems.
I'm a pro plan subscriber. If I click [persona] to use persona, the persona list should pop up, but not the list. In the end, I can't use persona. Please check and fix it so that it works properly. And in [advanced option], the slide bar doesn't work individually, but two or three work together. I think we need to fix this, too. Please restore it to its original state as soon as possible. There seems to be more that can't be done besides this. There is no start time item in extend, and there is no waveform graphic. I don't think I can see the graphic on cover. It's not just one or two, so I don't know if I don't use it or two. What the hell did I do? There are so many things that aren't going around in a day, so please restore them quickly.

Previously, the waveform graph appeared at the top of the left window for cover, but now it doesn't. And there were three slide bars for the advanced option, but now there are only two. Is this how it changed? I'm asking because there have been a lot of weird things over the past few days. Is that the same for other users?

Interacting with new create UI. Buggy and quite useless on mobile android with chrome. Can't extend, can't cover, can't do much but create a track from scratch, but that's pointless as you then can't extend and work on it. Third day. Just cancelled my premier subscription until fixed. Old create UI was seamless, this new one is buggy and not working. You literally cannot do anything. No extend means it's basically dead. Please fix so I can resub. Thank you. I have been a beta tester, so is this possible a bug from some stealth testing I've not been made aware of?
About Day 4-5 of the site being buggy and inoperable. I repeat again, android and chrome browser. Cannot extent, cover, etc. Once each is pressed instead of taking you to a create page where you extend the track, it instead becomes a blank create page with this newer create UI. This has also been reported by iOS users apparently. Hoping to see this resolved soon.
Still issues with UI. I can now extend but compared to how it was, it's pretty cumbersome and difficult. Involving clicking + holding. Used to be a simple click with drop down menu. Very simple to work. Also you have to be in a workspace to be able to extend. In the library / songs tab at the bottom, if I click this I can see my list of songs appear but cannot extend or do anything with them. There's also a start difference between the UI there (old) and the UI in workspaces (new).
This seems all fixed now. Thank you. Working really well.
This is also on the web version. Instrumental toggle is being largely ignored, adding unlisted lyrics to songs when unprompted.

The android app keeps crashing when I play a playlist with videos. From the third track onward, as soon as I open the song details and the video plays, the app systematically shuts down. The strange thing is that the exact same track doesnāt necessarily crash if I open it separately outside the playlist. If I just play the audio without opening details, everything works fine. I already tried clearing cache and wiping all data before logging back in, but the issue remains. Thanks David for your reply. I'm on HyperOs 2.0.104.0 (Xiaomi 14 Ultra) and this issue is repeatable. When the app crashes I can't take any snapshot but sometimes the OS proposes that I send a memory snapshot to Xiaomi which I did. I don't know how I can help further?

I've tried to uninstall, reinstall.
I've tried using both my google and discord. The discord sends me to the website. Google kicks me back to the splash page.

Yup. I did yesterday actually. I went top to bottom with all my logins. I updated my passwords, connections, and phone number to my account. I deleted the random account I inadvertently created. Charted each login into an excel data sheet. I only have my phone, so I can't use another device. But so far all good. I also checked across multiple browsers including google chrome. So I think I've done all I could to be sure. Just an fyi, I used to work in IT in a limited role and say everything is working as it should. I think once I reinstalled the app and did a full device recycle it solved the problem.
The app, web, and mobile logins all work under my account.
But I do have a question while you're here. Does Suno offer a back up account in case of a potential hack or accidental deletion? If not maybe consider it for power users to restore damaged accounts.

Still waiting for the return of the ability to stop the newly created song after it's done playing. I've put it to Repeat the song, but that's still annoying, and messes up the Play Count for every song nearly every time.

I was using it fine until a few hours ago. However, when I tried to log in to Google on my Android phone, playback wouldn't work... I was logged out, and when I tried to log in again, I couldn't log in and received an error message. I'm in Seoul, Korea. I tried to enter my Google account email address, but a message popped up saying it couldn't be entered, so I couldn't. It works fine on my PC, and I'm logged in successfully.

"Improve" your prompt, doesn't always actually improve it. It can. But if you have a specific idea in mind, especially if it's something fairly weird, Suno isn't going to know what you want unless you tell it as clearly as you can
I usually do my own prompts, but then use the improve my prompt just to see what it comes up with. It works on the computer, and has worked in the past on the app, but it's not now.

I am not sure if this a bug, this is normal or I pushed suno too hard. If I am not happy with how song comes out. I tweak style box change song title then test again. I made major changes to style box and changed title. Recomposed, it created two more songs deducted credits and made two new songs match what I did before I made the changes. Different creation didn't match my changes
On the website, suno keeps hiding songs I've generated, and I have now filters on at all
I think Suno grades the lyrics, then awards whatever amount of gpu time it thinks the song deserves
The app only shows 50 liked songs. I tried listening to the whole playlist but on the 50th it just stops. If I want to see older liked songs I need to unlike some of the last 50 liked songs.
If I switch to the website it actually shows all the songs I liked.

I'm no longer allowed to create songs without paying attention to the wording I use. I'm not allowed to develop freely, play, and experiment. I'm being censored by Suno, and the support simply won't respond to me as a paying subscriber.
The message I received: "Change the lyrics" EXCUSE ME?!
I think it's a NO-GO. Not here, not with apps like this.
My suggested solution: Apply your censorship to your platform, so that these songs aren't allowed to be published on Suno. But not on my songs in my workspace, which I PAY for. Suno is dead for me if it isn't shut down!
This has completely killed my artistic flow. And now, instead of being creative, I'm wondering which words I'm allowed to use!!! NO-GO!

this isnt specific to the liked playlist, every playlist has this on android. On desktop i can clearly see that my list goes to a certain song, then when i get there, it will load in extra songs. But on android the loading never happens so im just left with the first 50 or so songs. This has essentially stopped me from using the android version to listen to suno songs.
I can't access "My workspaces" on Android browser (Chrome). I normally can press the create button, then the little X in the top right corner, and that should take me to the workspace view, but no, at the moment it takes me back to another create screen?....š¤

I can't log into the app anymore. I use Google to log in, but it gives an error. Cleared cache, reinstalled, nothing works. I got the feeling it's something specifically with the Google login. Website login worked, but also hung, doing a refresh it logged me in. So something seems off. Not sure if it's just me.

Now the "Use Style/Lyrics" is giving me a "reuse song" without filling in the lyrics, style, or title.... I don't want to reuse the song, I want to reuse the prompt that generated the song, specifically the style! Because when the webpage is refreshed, the text boxes are cleared.....this is a major annoyance, the text boxes clearning. my phone like to do random page refreshes, and my tablet is too easy to accidently pull down the page for a refresh. And then all inputs are lost... I miss the "Reuse Prompt" option.

In the Android version of the application, if you go to your own song and then click on your profile from that song, it gives you buttons like Follow, even if it's my profile.
The videos I use for my song art are playing the video's audio underneath my songs. Never used to do that.

On the Android app, when playing a song that has a Hook (the short video preview), the audio of the Hook and the full song plays overlapping. Both audios play at the same time, making it hard to listen.
I paid for my subscription on the 13 and they are refusing to get my subscription access for my account I got receipt and everything
In addition to the above... The same goes for cover videos if you accidentally upload it with audio. Previously I had an assumption that the cover videos had their audio stripped, so I didn't bother removing the audio from some of my cover videos. I quite often use them to synchronise the cover video to make them loop and seem kind of in sync with the actual song.

I love that there's a Cast button now! (That's new, right?)
But... the volume controls don't work. I can change the Cast volume with the volume buttons, but nothing changes, and the next time I press the volume buttons, it's back up to 100%.
On the computer, songs will thankfully stop playing at the end. But on Android, in the web browser, with either mobile page or desktop page, does not stop playing. Please fix this for mobile devices like was thankfully done for PC web browsers.
Translation issue in french : like button is usually translated by ' j'aime '(I like).

There are some major problems with the lyrics box. I try to edit the lyrics and it changes to instrumental and won't let me do anything besides refresh the page... losing everything.

Seriously, how hard is it to get an Android app right?! Constant crashes while playing music (which should be a simple, basic function). Tracks take minutes to load, even on wifi! Sometimes they don't even load at all, and I'll have to force close the app and try again.
If the music creation function of the app is bogging it down, maybe just make it a "viewer" that can only stream music. The website is WAY better for music creation anyway.

I just updated the app. There was a new version available. I'll have to play with it some more to see if the issue persists. So far, it just appears that cover art (hooks?) are slow to load, and I've had a couple of my own tracks take 10-15 seconds to load before play back starts. Drastically better than the previous version.
I may have came off a bit aggressive. Don't take it that I'm upset with any one person. It's just that this app is and has been so frustrating to use...and I really only ever use it for streaming music. I do all my creating through the website. I'd assume that the streaming side of the app should be polished by now.
Side note: I'm glad to see there's an Android Auto app to use in my car, I just wish it was more polished too...but I can see how that's a different beast all together.

Between yesterday and today, I am still experiencing app crashing during music streaming. It might be related to the animation that plays on the lyrics screen of songs. I've only experienced crashes on songs that have animation. Granted, it's not every time I play one of those songs, but it is always on song with animation.

If I play this song on the screen in the app where the animation of the dragon shows for this song, the app will crash in a few seconds.
But if I play the song and then go to my phone's home screen, the song will continue playing all the way through.
Leads me to believe the issue with the crashing had to do with songs that have animated screens.

wtf is this app downloading? I listened to 16 songs, it somehow used 2.6GB for that.
There's definitely something wrong. I cleared app cache (120MB), launched app, left it sit at homepage 0 clicks made, it downloads something at a steady 2-6 MB/s, few minutes it already went through 850Mb just displaying the homepage. Edit, it seems to have stopped at 915MB. Where that data went idk because at the same time it has 19MB in cache.

In the Android app, under the "Playlists" tab it only displays the 24 most recent playlists and stops there. All previous playlists are missing.
This makes it very difficult to listen to any music on playlists older than the most recent 24.

"ADD TO PLAYLIST" ONLY SHOWS 13 MOST RECENT PLAYLISTS:
In the app, when trying to add a song to a playlist with "Add to Playlist" button it only displays the 13 most recent playlists as options to add the music to and stops there. All previous playlists are missing.
This means it is very difficult to add music to any playlists older than the most recent 13.
This makes attempts to organize/interact with music on Android into an overwhelmingly frustrating experience.

so got charged for a subscription via google play but my account does not reflect that i am subscribed, emailed support the 3rd of this month and i still have yet to receive a reply and still haven't gotten the credits to my account. tomorrow marks one week

is it normal that if i press backspace too many times on the Summary Field in Song Details that it also deletes the box so i can't type in it again? š¤ that's not a very useful feature imo.
The main drawback (for production applications): The software may mix tracks together (e.g., guitar mixed with piano), making subsequent audio engineering (Mixing and Mastering) or instrument isolation (Stem Separation) more difficult. I suggest modifying this point.

I was kind of wondering if anyone else may have this issue. Ever since the update to v5, my data consumption on my phone had shot up way too much. I use the app to play my songs while I'm working, and it was pretty standard with other apps like YouTube Music, and Spotify, but now it's sucks all the data up way faster than before.

If you are subscribed, deleting the app won't unsubscribe you. Check Google for the correct process.
I can't upload pictures to replace the image in my songs. I go to edit details, select the image, press upload and nothing happens.
I have to go to the website to change the image.
Also, on the topic of images, there needs to be a way to alter Playlist images.
On a different topic, I can't see all Playlists in the app. I have to select it in the website and the go to the app for it to appear.

I kept getting that message as well. Turned out that I had too many characters in my voice/music prompt section. If in V5 it allows 1000 characters or less. Even 1001 characters caused that message. Been good since I shortened prompts. Of coarse, then the "singing my voice prompts in my lyrics" issue began. No fix for that that I've found yet!

I recently paid for my Suno subscription through Google Play, and the payment was successfully processed ā it even appears in my Google Play account showing that I am an active subscriber.

I have paid for a pro plan through the android app, i canceled the subscription, then tried resubscribing before the month was over, now my account is locked or something. The web version doesn't show that I have a subscription, but the android app does show that I am. The android app and web veraion don't let me create any music now. It just says "create failed due to internal error". I have sent multiple screenshots to the support email for weeks and have not received any assistance. Something is broken with the app and I don't know how to get help.

If the pink highlighting in feature in the lyrics section was a suno feature, please remove it. I've been trying to select a large selection of my lyrics for the past half hour and it just doesn't want to comply, I can select it with ease in an external notepad app (which i will be doing until it's fixed or removed). i know you love bright colours, but stuff like that isn't necessary and it makes using the platform very frustrating, it makes me feel sorry for people who use suno and don't have PC's.

Good morning everyone. I have a question about subscriptions and hope someone can help me. I installed the Suno app on my Android phone and wanted to upgrade my free account, but it doesn't seem to be possible.
In the app, I go to my account, then to the gear icon, and then under "My Subscription," I tap "Upgrade Now." The page with the credits appears, and at the bottom, I see the different available options. Unfortunately, nothing happens when I tap them. The buttons are all unresponsive.
How can I upgrade my account via the app? Upgrading via the web platform isn't an option because it only offers credit card as a payment method. I contacted the Suno support several several times already in the last couple days but haven't received a reply. š«¤
P.S.: A payment method (PayPal) is, of course, saved in my Play Store account.

In the Android app, editing music details is broken.
For example, if I edit "Lyrics" in the app and go back to the main library view, if I try publishing the song, it gives the edit lyrics view instead of the publishing view.

Generating song with own lyrics and prompt, set advanced setting sliders, input song title on V4.5+ and I'm getting either a 5 to 7 second deranged intro when weirdness is 0% and song cuts off before finishing last chorus and outro and vocals sound robotic at first for a brief moment then quickly go into the male vocal as prompted. Tried reusing style with same results and remastering with V5 with same outcome but changed style with electronic style when song is piano alone with strong emotional vocals. Not going to keep wasting credits when not even following simple prompt and lyrics in correct format. Is this a bug? Or just user bad luck? (Suno Pro Subscriber)
I am experiencing a problem with the Suno app on my phone. For the past two days:
When I import an MP3 (instrumental royalty free) to generate a track, nothing is generated, even though I provide a full prompt with the music style.
I have tried several different MP3s, all working fine, and it still doesnāt work.
Credits are being deducted even though the generation fails.
This feature worked perfectly on the same account and device until recently.

Audio won't upload, keeps failing. Audio is just an MP3 file of my voice singing and acoustic guitar, tried trimming to less than a minute before upload and still wouldn't have it. Just says remove to try again.

I don't have Safari. I use Chrome but I found it in there once you set me on the track what to look for. It's an obscure icon that I clicked on to see what it did and it flipped to all my deleted songs where I could either restore or permanently delete. THANKS.

fortunately it is already resolved,
I requested a refund from google play,
they refunded my subscription, it took about a day
then my subscription to suno is reset to free on the Suno mobile App,
I subscribe again to the pro plan, and it works, I can use the pro plan feature again.

Looks like the only way to solve the issue is requesting a refund from google and then subscribe again. I am actually in the process of. Will update you. Kinda weird method to solve problems here a Suno support :/

Update on my situation. Google will not proceed with the refund, probably cause the time frame of it is beyond 48 hours. So, I am really starting to worry about SUNO situation. No support, product is not working properly, shady situation around the company (lawsuits). Now, I really hope the lack of iteraction between customer and SUNO is not cause they are slowly closing the shop and pack their things to "run away", cause it would be really a shame, since the program is really cool. Currently, Android only allows MP3 downloads, but WAV is essential for mixing, mastering, and professional audio production.

I changed the currency to USD The landing page works fine in USD, but im not sure if i should pay in USD from India or not, as the payment aggregator is Stripe, and Stripe is not fully functional in India. You can't make an account in Stripe from India without an international business.

Because Suno web site does not have working Black Friday deals after log in, I decided to check Android app. Having newest version of Android app v.1.38.0 and was greeted with almost unusable layout for the subscribe page. White text on white background, inactive Monthly/Annual switch not visible etc. Would add screenshots, but image attachments are not allowed in this thread for some reason.
The cause of the problem seemed to however be, that the app defaults to device settings in Appearance and thus used light theme. When changed theme to dark one, you can actually read what's in the subscription page. Guess no one from Suno developer team tests what they are pushing into production. On the positive side, the Black Friday deals seems to be working in Android app.
Please fix the Tagalog/Filipino Language Pronunciations and also fix the system that creating version of my original track uploaded, it is not following my melody and tune the way that I sing it on my upload. Fix please... I am thinking to renew, but please fix it first and give me feedback. Thank you.

Hey everyone! Quick question/issue:
I just subscribed to Suno Premium via Google Play from my Android. It shows as Active in my Google Play subscriptions, and I got a notification from Google saying I need to open the app to activate it within 3 days.
The problem is, when I open the Suno app, nothing happens, and my account still appears as a Free user (or non-premium). It looks like the subscription isn't syncing properly between Google Play and my Suno account.
Any idea on how to fix this sync issue? Or does anyone know which email I should send the Google Play receipt to?

In the Android Version there are Hooks shown on my profile, which couldnāt be postet because of an error. In the Browser Version they aren't shown. It's not possible to delete these hooks.

Hello. I want to report a serious problem when using Suno Studio and the Editor on mobile (Android).
It is almost impossible to work on the mobile site or in the mobile version of Suno Studio/Editor.
When switching to the āDesktop versionā in the mobile browser, the situation becomes even worse:
⢠the full website does not fit on the screen,
⢠the entire timeline is not visible,
⢠the end of the track cannot be reached,
⢠it is impossible to select or highlight a section or the whole track,
⢠zooming and navigation do not work correctly,
⢠the site is not optimized for mobile browsers at all.
If I rotate the phone to horizontal/landscape mode, the problem becomes even worse ā the interface breaks and even less of the timeline is visible.
Please improve mobile support or optimize the desktop version so it works properly on mobile devices.
Right now itās extremely difficult or impossible to edit tracks on a phone.

Make a proper mobile version of the site or fix it so that the desktop version works correctly on a phone.

So I had no choice, I paid on the website for the second time and my account was showing my current subscription and everything worked well even on the app and since then I always pay via the website. So I had a really stupidly confusing situation that I have no idea how it happened wondering why I was having to pay twice a month $20 for Pro It appears that i have inadvertently created two separate, overlapping subscriptions to Suno, one directly with Suno and another through the Google Play Store, leading to double billing and conflicting renewal dates. The different dates likely correspond to the separate billing cycles of each subscription.
Google basically told me yeah not our problem so I guess I won't be getting my money back on that one LOL Google's fault not Sunos

Hello, I have a problem. For the past few days, the quality of about 95% of the tracks I generate has been poor. This ranges from vocals suddenly sounding metallic or artificial, to instruments that donāt sound clear or sharp. Sometimes thereās even that familiar āunderwaterā sound.
Iām using V5, which I was extremely happy with. For several weeks, I was able to achieve really great results that I was satisfied with. So itās not an issue with the prompts or anything like that. My software is up to date, and Iāve cleared and cleaned all cache and cookies, but none of this seems to make a difference.
Is there anything else I can do to make v5 sound the way itās supposed to again? Iāve tried v4.5 as well, but that doesnāt seem to be much better either. Are more people experiencing this problem in recent days?
I've heard that there was a pretty big crash today. But I've heard it's going back to normal? Using the android app myself, I cannot create any music. Continuously "internal error" is there anything I can do besides wait?
Can't create any songs on mobile at all. Either get an error or it just spins forever.

I created my account on android and paid for a subscription. Then after a month I decided to cancel my account but always get an error telling me to cancel via google play store subscriptions. The problem is no subscriptions are listed in my google play account, I paid via stripe and I keep getting billed every month via stripe.
Out of frustration I decided to just delete my entire account in order to cancel the subscription.
The problem is that Iām still being billed every month even tho I have no Suno account anymore.

Is it normal, random songs being generated without being prompt? Find it quite odd to log back in only to find a new songs sitting in my workspace that are no where close to any style or subject I would prompt.

I recently purchased the pro through Google and tried to upgrade to premiere but it forces me to pay for a future year at the premiere price. I canceled the pro subscription in hopes I can get at least a promo code to be able to pay the difference in the plans and be able to use the premiere features and studio. I have emailed billing, support, and community emails with no response since 12/19/25
I'm having a hard time with getting a whole song after making it longer using the app.
I find success using the website from my computer, but I can't find "Get Whole Song" on the app.
I can Remix ā Extend from the app and it does give me the extended banner in the title of the song.
I can even use these in the website to get the whole song so that extension part is working.

I need help. I paid for a year of pro using my phone number as the login when I started. I tried to log in on another device using my email, which is connected to my phone number, when my phone was broken. This somehow created a new account using my email and my actual account transferred it's pro subscription to the newly created account, which doesn't have any of my songs or followers on it. I want my pro subscription transferred back to my actual account. I messaged Suno support 2 weeks ago and got no response.
The translation of "Cast" as "Elenco" in the Spanish version of the Android app is extremely misleading. "Elenco" means the "cast" of a movie (the actors). Please use "Transmitir" or "Enviar" as suitable options.
As a professional Spanish translator with some spare time, I can do for free a full review of the translated strings into Spanish of the Android app if you send me some bilingual file. I think it really needs an overhaul!

I'm not sure if this is a bug but it certainly feels unintentional. Mobile suno does featured songs backwards from desktop. Desktop has newer songs on the left and older ones to the right. Mobile is older songs left and you have to scroll to see the newer ones.
Feel like newer songs should be left both ways so you we can feature our new songs and have them seen on mobile
I'm not sure about where to report this, but with French voices, the words "langer" and "lingette" are mispronounced. I agree that no word class music will use those words but maybe you keep track of that kind of stuff.

I've searched and seen a lot of people experiencing issues upgrading in the past so wondering if anyone got a resolution. I had a pro account which expired and when I try to upgrade again via android I get a message saying "Downgrade unavailable. To downgrade you'll need to cancel your subscription and wait for it to expire..."

The Suno Android app makes no sense. It's actually been made worse. What's the point of not adding the Audio Influence slider and omitting Inspo and Persona? Furthermore, to use the browser version on Android, I'm forced to uninstall it, since if I go to the site via Chrome, after logging in, it forcefully opens the app. In short, a lot of things need to be revised to make it usable.
Not to mention any song played in app after opening the browser force closes the app 3 to 7 seconds into a song , the absolute worst š experience dealing with this, and the suggested fix of clearing the browser info doesn't even correct the issue,
"Remixing" and "Remastering" V5 Is Very very Bad and awful qaulity horrible low qaulity glitchy voice and music awful qaulity as well it also skips over words so commonly mispronounces alot. And Remastering almost ways makes the voice extra bad comes out sounding just worse. How is this not fixed yet

Playlists on Android apparently stop registering (or at least not displaying) new songs that are added beyond a certain number.

When trying to add a new song to a Playlist on Android, it still only displays a short list of the most recently used Playlists, which makes adding a song to a seldom used Playlist require loading Suno in the Browser to see and select the old Playlist, otherwise it is not available to select.

Screw it. If nobody is gonna help me solve this issue, I'm getting a refund. Even bad customer service is better than NO customer service. Suno has potential, but it's the creators just don't give a damn as long as they're still able to take people's money. Shame...

It's been well over a week now and I keep flagging creations for a bug..others are having the same issue. It creates a decent song between 2:30 and 5 whatever ...and then goes from the end of the song to 7:59 with this dull hum of dead air. I've tried prompting the song to fade and end but it still does it on almost every try

Hey... really frustrating since the last update there seems to be no autoplay feature... plays one song, then stops.. can't even listen to music on here while I'm on my way to work on the bus.
I love that Suno works on Chromecast, but the connection always seems to break after about 5-10 minutes of listening if I don't press a button on the remote to keep the Chromecast "active".
Also, sometimes starting the app after switching away will make the Chromecast reset to the song that's showing in the app (which gets out of sync with what's actually playing).
About the app i like the app but there has to be something worked on. I noticed multiple crashes when i played songs on it while keeping the song screen with the lyrics open with a video as cover. What i did was to check if i have the latest version which i do have. I restarted the app completly but same thing again so is there any other way to stop these crashes as long as i experience them?

Critical Bug: Chinese character ä½(fó) always mispronounced as fĆŗ
I am a dedicated user who creates a large number of Chinese Zen and Buddhist songs. The character ä½ (fó, meaning Buddha) appears frequently in my lyrics.
This character has no other homophones in Mandarin, so there is no way to work around it by using alternative characters. This bug is not limited to one song ā all my works that contain "ä½" are completely unusable.
The AI always mispronounces ä½ (fó) as fĆŗ, and all correction methods have failed:

This bug affects dozens of my tracks ā since the character ä½ (fó) has no homophones in Mandarin, there is no viable workaround. This is a major blocker for my ongoing work as a Chinese Buddhist & Zen music creator.

Simple create is not working on Android or Web any longer. The "create" button remains greyed out no matter what is input for the song description
The search function is not working correctly. I labeled many of my songs in certain ways in order to find them quickly via the search function, but they can no longer be searched using this manner, as it appears that you can no longer search using non-letters (such as symbols like asterisks). Please fix the search function or revert it to how it used to be. I essentially have to now search through thousands of songs to find what I need.

I am a paying Pro subscriber. My Suno account is tied to a single login method (my mobile phone number). Requests for verification codes to complete the sign in are delayed or not being received at all making my account inaccessible.

I am writing to report a severe "feature regression" following the latest update of the app. It feels as though the app has reverted to an earlier, more basic version, and several core professional tools have completely disappeared.
Missing Features Identified:
- Audio/Video Upload: The button to upload external files to create or extend music is gone.
- Style Auto-Generation: The "Magic Wand" button that automatically generates musical styles (similar to the lyrics one) is missing in the Style section.
- Advanced Remix & Input/Cover Modes: The specific Remix button that allowed for "Input Mode" and "Cover Mode" has been removed.
- Screen Share/Cast: The button to cast or share the screen to a TV while listening is no longer available in the player view.
These were essential tools for my creation process. Iāve attached screenshots showing the current states where these buttons used to be. Could you please check if this is a general bug with the latest mobile version?

To add onto this, the option to download your generated songs is gone. I don't know if I ever had the option to download other people's music, because I never triedābut the option to download my own music is definitely gone.

Someone shared the fix with me on Reddit and it basically fixed this for me:
"If you have a private dns set up in connections - more connection settings (Adguard, etc.), change it to automatic. It should come back up. If you then change it back it should still be okay."
Thanks for the tip, buddy, but that's also a dirty trick by the company. The app doesn't even have ads, so it wouldn't make sense for it to stop working because of the DNS, since the app doesn't even have an ad mode.

I didn't have a problem making an indie-folk song a week ago. Yesterday I tried to make another one and it kept coming out country. I changed my prompt over and over until all it said was "warm indie ballad with guitar and violin" but it still came out slow twangy southern American country. Even today I used the same lyrics and all I put in the prompt was "pop" but it STILL came out slow twangy country. I just paid for the month subscription and now I'm finding out my support complaint may not even be answered for a month, so I'm paying for nothing. You make enough money to have a full staff that can get back to us in 24 hours. If I have to wait a week for my account to be fixed I want a full refund of my money as well as the credits. I was fine making just a few songs a day, but now I'm actually paying for it and I can't even make one.
oh... no caps lock you hear me just fine.. yet you can't fix your autoplay on android... I can't even listen to my songs on the go anymore because it plays one song then stops.. fix your autoplay... this is crap.
My auto play is working fine... You might want to look into things like clearing the app cache or checking if you have the private dns bug/issue that affects the app's functionality (updating that fixed a lot of issues for me personally!)
Is anyone else having an issue with recording audio and uploading it? Because as soon as i press record my app crashes sometimes. And it wouldnt matter whether it crashed or not because it doesnt even upload the audio at all
Hi. Does anyone know if the persona, sample, or mashup features are available in the Android app? The Android app is very incomplete; it's missing many features, and profiles don't show all the songs, only the ones the app chooses. If you want to find a song, you have to search because most songs don't appear in the profiles.
I can't log in to my pro account using the Facebook option (my norm) on my android phone. The App works, and my login works on my home desktop. It worked on my phone last week, but not now. Cache has been cleared.

Probably a flood of reuse styles.. I have to admit I've been wearing it out, the 5.5 actually has some great interpretations of detailed prompts

I used 5.5 to remaster my song, but it often only generates one track while still using the same amount of credits. This has happened 4ā5 times already.
This time the song didnāt come out at all, but it still used up credits 2ā3 times already.

they updated the voice upload, and the voice ID works like a disabled person. Is this normal? My voice is simply not being recognized... I recorded a track directly into Suno. Then I confirmed it by reading the label with my own voice, but there was an error. Is it a disease? A virus? Or is it an alien invasion?
I want to second this, simply because i like the genres and things I've built up already, and don't want to have to manually copy and paste things over and over again. It disrupts my creative flow overall because instead of just opening a previous song, clicking reuse, and letting the creativity flow now i have to copy everything and then paste, which immediately washes the ideas for lyrics i just had, and worse yet it doesn't follow up exactly from the previous works, there's no sense of flow between songs this way. Very disheartening
Vocal sounds now have some annoying spit like effect and its super annoying i cant prompt it away. Do something about that. The detail you are trying sounds super awful to my ears. Its like if they dont use a pop filter and every damn spit comes out of the mouth

I appreciate the suggestions but it's still a work in progress... not sure what changed. It was when Suno made an update here, and then it stopped working.. I cleared my cache, and set the private dns/bug to off, and it is updated to the latest so not sure why it won't work.. super frustrating though.. I'm also trying to google issues.. which is helping me find out stuff but not much has changed it back yet.

A bug is songs dont play immediately in the media player rn and among other bugs related to the media player. Not sure why but the media player seems to need some love in 2026 that or the app eats too much ram when multitasking between apps on android even tho my phone has 12 gb ram

Awful playback no matter creative genre i do in the android app with suno 5.5 it has a lot of static noise and crackling in between at random times. Like if a jack cable was loose. Super annoying based on the promises of the new model with soooo many advancements and i dont think you mentioned if it was in alpha or beta or whatever it sounds absolutely shockingly bad with genre's out of its comfort zone. Why is that?
Its more a type of customer critique than im mad its just a product at the end of the day but when i wanna listen to music i wanna be able to hear it without annoying sounds that ruin the entire experience.
At first i thought it was because i had double equalizers on but nope no matter the setting enabled as per type of earbuds or speakers its a waste of time hunting lovely music in custom mode in the app because the model seems to be well under trained versus the banger of an release you had originally with suno v5. I hear 5.5 is more expressive for sure. But at the cost of the annoying crackling sounds in almost many of the tracks i do. Its hurting my ears and sometimes even making me do my Tourettes tics as the crackling sounds is so loud it triggers me a lot. How come is that valuable in such a new model that is supposed to be a brand new full model release?
There appears to be a bug on certain Android versions where songs can still be remixed even though the creator has set remix to OFF.
I do not know the exact Android version yet, but this issue is clearly happening on some Android devices and it has been continuing. This is a serious bug. When a creator disables remixing, that setting should be enforced completely.
This is not a minor UI issue ā it directly affects creator rights and control over their work.
Please investigate this urgently and fix it immediately.

I am writing to express my severe disappointment regarding the noticeable drop in quality of the Free Tier (V4.5-all) model since the recent launch of V5.5.
The outputs generated on the free tier have become plagued with constant noise, distinctly low audio quality, and a complete lack of the creativity it used to possess. It genuinely does not feel like V4.5 anymore. I strongly suspect that the Free Tier has been secretly downgraded to an older, inferior modelāsuch as V3.5 or V2āwhile still displaying the "V4.5-all" tag, simply to frustrate free users into buying a subscription.
If this is true, it is a cheap and deceptive business tactic. The entire purpose of a free tier is to allow users to genuinely try the model, which builds the trust necessary to eventually purchase a subscription and support the developers. Resorting to bait-and-switch tactics to lure users into payingāespecially when your current pricing feels highly unfairāwill only drive the community to seek alternatives. It is a shame to see Suno utilizing such practices.
Since free users are already strictly limited to a mere 50 credits a day, there is absolutely no need to artificially throttle the quality on top of that. I am asking that you either restore the actual, original V4.5 quality to the Free Tier, or be transparent and remove the Free Tier entirely. Making the platform exclusively Paid-only is far more respectable than stringing people along with underhanded tactics to push subscriptions.
I expect better from a platform with this much potential and hope to see the quality restored.

The song is completely different from what i prompted and for some reason it really wants it to be EDM and Electronic Music even if i type Rock music and the creativity is very bad. Why suno keeps sending me one 7:00 to 8:00 songs out of the two it spits out when trying make a song? This sucks because it only a or around 3:30 song but keeps bugging out or something. Losing credits on this mess..

great call to break vocals so they swap too often and selecting a type of vocal doesnt do one but strangely enough 1-4 vocals swapping through my song which is super annoying. suno is now not as good as it once was. making a specific vocal request for the type of music genre of whatever kind still has multiple vocals going on swapping through the songs i create. super annoying

Hey, since 5.5 it is not possible to tell suno to make a song without a band intro. I have a song that starts with the first word of verse 1. I wanted to remix the audio but with 5.5 I always (yes, always always!) get a full band intro.
Strange issue that has been persisting for quite a while - but I keep updating my playlist on PC, but it doesn't update on Android. I reinstalled app, I even had to factory reset my phone for another issue on the way and it still happens. Any ideas?

Was testing the cast functionality on my chromecast.
No video or image is shown on the chromecast.
Even that app play doesnt update the song being played but it is updated on the chromecast
And i wish we had all the other media controls too on the chromecast. Rn it can skip 30 sec forward or backwards

Oh seems like a ram management issue i had to go out of the suno app and back in then the title etc updated as it should
Weird after i played 4-6 songs and i tap on a new song to play on my chromecast it wont play a new song and i notice on the chromecast it does white blinks when refreshing the song title etc on the player
Also worth noting that the chromecast instance stays on when closing my suno app in the ram management on my android phone and wont close that instance upon reopening the app. What it does upon restart of the app is that when tapping on a song it plays on phone but i have to manually back out of the chromecast instance on my chromecast to start a new session
I noticed once my chromecast goes to the diasshow pause screen and i then wake up my chromecast again the session does close by then
I hope somewhat this can be fixed plus fixing other areas of the player in the app as that should just be working and work great regardless.

So with Android Auto launch, has the streamed songs data-size been optimized? Last i tried to play from library, it literally ate through many GB of data after a dozen or so songs which is bad for people with limited mobile data packages. If this hasn't been fixed, suno on Android auto is useless for a lot of people.

Auto is only playing a selection of tracks, it doesn't continue the same as if you just directly load the app on the phone.

I wanted to report a few issues with the Android app (version 1.61.1, up to date).
Firstly, the interface switches automatically between the old and new UI. It sometimes shows the new layout, then reverts to the old one without any clear trigger. Iāve already cleared app data and cache, but the behavior persists.
Secondly, thereās a casting issue. Earlier, casting from the old UI showed static album art with song title and creator name. However, when I tested on 24th April 2026, in both UI modes, only audio played while the screen stayed dark/blank. The only visible element was the new UI player bar in an interactive state.
There are also concerns with the lyrics experience in the new UI. When original lyrics are unchanged, word-by-word highlighting is mostly in sync. But I often edit lyrics after generation (e.g., removing embedded instructions or converting to romaji with meanings). In those cases, the sync becomes significantly misaligned.
In the old UI, full lyrics were visible and scrollable, making this easier to manage. The new UIās dynamic highlighting makes it harder when lyrics are edited.
Lastly, animated poster/album art often gets stuck and doesnāt play properly. It would also be great if animated visuals and lyrics could display correctly while casting.
Could you please confirm if these are expected behaviors or bugs? Any guidance or fixes would be appreciated.

Having issues with sharing my playlist Like if I send a public playlist to a frind on messenger or discord when thay open otlr click on the link if thay have the suno app on their phone it will direct them to the home page instead of my song play list but if thay click on it via pc or copy the link to a browser it will direct the to my song play list
Hi Suno! Toggles for "Show Video Cover in Hooks Feed" often turn off by themselves on the Android app (Pixel9), even if it shows toggled ON on the website. This gets confusing. Does toggling it back on switch it to toggle off in the system? Also, if a song animated cover gets toggled off automatically, is it some censorship issue because said cover has been reported by the AI filters or user(s)? In which case we should probably receive a notification letting us know there is an issue with the cover so we can fix or change it properly and not be left in the dark as to why it's toggling off by itself on the app... And if it's just a glitch, should probably be fixed to avoid the confusion... I

In the new mobile version although you change the edit display lyrics It Doesn't change properly. Also It depends on the song the lyrics that are displaying doesnt much what the "artist" its singing at the moment...

When you are playing one song and you try to enter to that song , to see the lyrics It go backwards to the previous one and with the new display impossible to go back
Also if you put the aleatory buttom of the songs It goes to a random one , but the one that is displaying on the screen Doesn't match the one that you are hearing
I still have a lot of issues with many of my "Show Video Cover in Hooks Feed" song setting in app getting automatically toggled off, even though there shouldn't be any issues with the animated cover or relevant hook (i.e. pretty sure they respect Suno guidelines)
Having to toggle them back on all the time is driving me nuts.
Example of animated cover image that keep getting toggled off in the app for no apparent reason, likely hurting the song and hook's visibility

Is it known that when you download an MP3 via the app, the files does not contain the same ID3 tags that you get in the same file via the website.
Hello. I got some generation bugs issues. Th esound becoming like a "noise", "reversed". Like it's mixed 2-3 songs together.
Most of my animated cover still don't animate on android app (Pixel 9 phone)
Not really a bug, but the spanish translation for "Like" in this scenario is not really "Como" it's "Me gusta"
Only 1 out of 5 song images (cover images) are animating. It's been like that ever since the layout change. Am I the only one experiencing this bug? I don't really see it addressed anywhere... Android Pixel 9

I've noticed on the mobile app a lot of poor placement of the lyric box and text boxes with my phones built in keyboard.
Makes typing a pain

Notifications Tab needs to be reworked. New notifications appear in the middle instead of at the top and add a refresh button or auto refresh
