I was told, however, she might not offer the quest if you craft a fishing pole (the first one) before speaking to her and I'd asked if you had crafted that. THe othr person said they weren't given the quest but they got the dialog and went from there.

The Riptide shield is the only shield that doesn’t disable the hand armour plating on those armour sets, and there doesn’t seem to be any clipping issues.

The food that does "heal" you does it slowly but not all food heals you. Each one does different things. I would check and make sure they are eating food that gives health regeneration

Pro tip you can break the metal stuff in scavenger bases

I had that issue when I had a docker container not pulling latest image iirc. Or maybe that was soulmask. If you delete the app manifest from steam it forces it to re download it

That might be more down to connection and CPU rather than GPU. I've played with someone and didn't have any issues but we're also fairly close geographically so connection issues were minimal. I also have a 3080ti and a 5950x for my CPU so plenty of power to handle extra physics and stuff.

I'ma be real... the hydrak'dal fight is too frustrating. When in a flame controlled area (flame altar / base), there is a quite bright light around your character. Mayhaps something they added to improve building at night.

I suspect, given all the changes, when the trigger of picking the seedlings, that it's giving the incorrect objid which shouldn't be a difficult fix to do but it's also one that would be incorporated with a lot of other minor bug fixes.

No, that's about right. But I prefer to use warm lighting (candles, fires) with low brightness. So it's like all your rooms have energy saver bulbs and you install one white light LED ceiling light and ... well it just doesn't go well together.

oh, just deleted everything but the character file that the index was pointed at and its index and then placed in the other world as the base one 3ad85aea and everything populated back to how it was. Looks like it is reaching out to the cloud and just overwriting what is local if it cant find what it is looking for.

How long does it take for chests to respawn? just found a chest underwater and it glitched. if your inventory is full you cant loot them and the loot disappears undewater.

There is a feedback option off the ESC key menu granted there is no guarantee it will be seen. But I don't think this discord forum is a guarantee either. Sure there are devs... There are some right now... But there is so much conversation in this discord it would get lost for sure.
