No it’s not on a reservation. It’s a card room, so we don’t get penalized as it’s not a full fledged casino. And yeah we do have floor people and security but most situations are handled by the dealer but occasionally things get out of hand and we gotta call over the floor.
Whenever I floor, I can like sense when things are starting up and I automatically walk over and just stand there…. Menacingly lol

For us, it all depends on the floor. And the players know what floors are working and what days they can get away with stuff. It’s gotten better with it because now most of the floors don’t tolerate a lot but we had a few that neverrrr took the dealers side and would basically coddle the players and it drove me nuts. I’d literally be getting cussed out and the floor would be like “well what did you do”

There's also the case that even if they're found in playtesting, there is every chance (And most likely the reason) They cant narrow down the root cause of the issue until they get more data, which is 1, why it gets into a release version and 2, in most cases the most egregious of the issues are solved relatively quickly (Also why the QA team is on hand to organise and sort Troubleshooting tickets ^^)
