It was never said you couldn't have it, it was said that water is hard in a voxel game. Apparently the fact that we're getting it is due to the very dedicated work of a single member of the dev team who has been working on it for a long time now, so it's not that it was a 'never', it was always a 'maybe, but it will take a while', which it did.

Good tactic just be careful during updates some prebuilt locations recieve changes that may include story or item content and if you have an altar there they wont spawn in. That is mostly for the larget cities/forts though

Nobody has said yet. But I would assume (for now) no. There has been stated that the reason its currently capped at 10 is for technical reasons. Those who use Cheat Engine to allow more than 10 usually run into weird bugs because it exceeds the 10.

They're a useful tool, and like any tool they can be used or abused. A lot of people use resource worlds to replace items lost due to bugs or for bulk blocks for especially large building projects where collecting the materials by hand would be excessive, after they've already completed the game. I would suggest you backup your server before you invite people in. That way, if it turns out to be a bad day, you have a backup. I would backup everyday until you feel comfortable. (altholugh, you should back up your saves every week if you have them saved locally, just to be safe)

To answer this question, I'd describe Enshrouded as Breath of the Wild, but with one of the best building systems in the genre. It's less straight up survival and more of an adventure/exploration game with survival elements. Traversal is open and fun, the game rewards exploring and coming up with creative ways to get around obstacles, and it's easily one of the most polished early access games I've ever played

I mean, I can enjoy the building in Valheim and the height limitation makes one get creative.
Though I'll otherwise admit we really lack some building pieces there or stuff for decoration.
While we got some other (I feel) crazy stuff that does not feel fitting at times (I look at the holiday's stuff and some of the extensions for crafting tables)
Also, it has just taken them until the ashlands to introduce stone pieces that are thinner, only for it to look slate-clean sadly.

I suspect what happened is some of the red tail spawns were replaced with the wide bill sailers when they were added. There are a couple spots where you can still find red tails reliably

Check in Nomad Highlands, just south of Raven's Bleak (where you chase down Lupa). Theres a small village full of rats, and just to the north of that village you can usually find a group of 5 or 6 running around

For the hallow halls if your going solo you can temporarily adjust settings to make it slightly easier or for at the least the first few Hallows you can make your character super op first and then go in. But the last one I recommend changing settings a bit and then changing them back. I play solo but didnt wanna miss out on the content there so thats how I did it. It definitely would be more fun with friends and I wouldnt have to tweak settings if I played with other s

I have never ever been a fan of water levels in games. It has to do with my lack of depth perception and having to navigate a Z axis. I saw the new biome and saw swimming and I'm hoping that the biome will be mostly islands and underwater caves with minimal actual underwater mechanics

It’s just swimming and some harvesting and some puzzles like buttons and maybe chests that you can find. There’s not going to be underwater combat as far as I know

The lizard enemies can attack you underwater, but you can't really fight back. It's a game of run away until you find land where you can fight them on an even playing field

Depends on what kind of water levels you're used to. There's definitely some underwater stuff, but I wouldn't say it's as complex or convoluted as you'll find in some games.

When I first played NMS and got in my ship and entered space… first was amazed that there was manual atmospheric travel, then once I was in space and wanted to travel to another planet nearby, it was like showing that it’ll take 30 real time minutes to get there unless I use FTL travel which would reduce the time to like 1 minute . That’s when I realized I was intimidated. 🤣

I am excited for their new game called Light No Fire. It looks very interesting
