Does building a base serve a purpose. I understand that it allows the recurit of craftmen / better gear upgrades / workbenches..but as we explore wouldnt we have to re-build that base / forced to do small outpost for serving a purpose

Yay!!! Love this game!

My wife and I just tried it in our two notebooks for when we travel and our desktops are at home.

Both are Asus F17 Tuf. Both I5. One is Geforce 3050ti other plain 3050. 1920x1080 native 144h screen resolution. No display settings turned off, at least, "Performance" on all. Both have 32g of ddr4 ram.

The 3050ti (my wife's) gets high of 104 fps and low of 89 fps.

The other 3050, no ti (mine), gets high 89 fps and low 70 fps.

Neither stutter and sync is off. We are going to log in and play now because we are away from home. So happy we can enjoy this game at home on Ultra and on the road dialed down a bit but totally playable!!!!!

I disagree with this part, smartphones introduced poorer people to the internet, even the 2nd/3rd world. A lot of people weren't prepared for what they found on it, and in general, people that were culturally sheltered and/or segregated were now exposed to eachother, albeit in the faux representation of images/video/text. This caused a massive social backlash and the zeitgeist changed overnight.

well thats exactly the point, for some people the internet is personal, vicarious, and everything on it is triggering. People that weren't exposed to triggers in daily life suddenly were, having internet access 24/7. Its not healthy basically.
