No not really any limitations except a very small input lag. You can run Steam on there with your entire games library (not 100% of all games might be supported, but the vast majority are). GFN does all the hard labour with rendering etc, and streams it to you and streams back your inputs etc.

So it doestn't really matter what PC you have (to an extent!) I wouldn't recommend an old i386 PC from the year of our Lord 1832.

The higher grade axes just do a little more damage to trees so you chop them down faster maybe not a huge difference it also has higher durability so it lasts longer before you need to repair

My "Explore The Hollow Halls" quest seems bugged. I completed it on a friends server the first time, then got back into my world and it is still on the first step. Second step says "page not discovered yet". I did it again, read all the pages, but still stuck at step 1. Though I have been able to summon the Collector, I want to quest to go away for the sake of completion. Is this a known bug, just happening to me or am I doing something wrong?

I think the hollow halls quests are server-bound, so you need to complete them on your server to be able to get the NPC to craft the higher items, ectoplasm press, etc.

Personal quests can be completed by anyone when the server resets, if someone else has done it. Server quests are completed for everyone on the server.

Radius looting is something they're working on. Ironically, it existed in the Beta but disappeared with the Demo. We were never told why.

Fallout 76 was the same way, had to loot each corpse one at a time. Then they finally added area loot. You can loot all corpses within a pretty wide area that you helped kill. Sometime easily going over your weight limit

I could send you my build but it uses 114 skill points from before the fix. Also I use blackened staff for the mana leech. If you pick up the staff reload speed skill, all your spells only take half the time to cast. With this staff and the reload skill you can basically shoot endless fireballs at the big packs of mobs

I've got a question. My buddy gifted me this game and we were supposed to start playing this together. We booted up the game, got in the same server. As soon as we started doing quests we noticed a problem. The quest was only active for 1 person and the other couldn't even see the monsters. We did a little research after that and found out the quests need to be completed ALONE and THEN you can enjoy playing together? This was a total party pooper and we both quit the game to wait for an update to be able to start fresh and learn the ropes TOGETHER. While that is convenient, I think it would be far removed from what this genre mostly does.

While they are pretty different in terms of everything, I think a lot of things can be learned from the intuitive way Minecraft does things.

You have a recipe tab for everything on the craft table itself, but you do not unlock recipes unless you acquire the materials for them.

So while you may know a recipe and immediately craft it, it won't show up even if you can craft it. Games like Enshrouded can not implement that system effectively due to core differences in the way they play out.

On the other hand, farming, taming, breeding, displays, blocks, NPCs, a lot of things MC does can be learned from 🙂

We could even have summon-able bosses in Enshrouded!

Only time will see how the game progresses, EA is going pretty well so far.

the markers on maps (symbols ? in squares) tells me the location to go for my quest (find chest loot or kill local boss) but i just noticed how many "papers/ books/ recipes" i havent found yet... because theres no markers for them and i dont go inside every building looking for them. i believe the map should have a second layer (zoom-in mode) once inside a village, dongeon or those huge black stone temples (where TP flames are) with more terrain detail.

Yep. Mountains, nice forests and a desert region. I actually liked the third game more than the first two, even though people hated it due to the bugs at release time. Still fire it up regularly (with all the patches) and play it through at least once a year. 😄

I have played 53 hours of this game with my wife, the only thing we both have to say. We need a mount. Something like a horse, maybe a winged horse that glides.

the same way any other game approaches said situations. the mount can be mutated for the shroud. it doesnt bother any npc mobs at all, so it should be same for mount. what happens in RDR2 when you go off a cliff? the horse dies. you get a new one. wapred withount your mount? summon it.

you could have mounts that remember locations they've been to though, like 1-3 locations, and then you order them to go there and they travel at double the speed you would automatically to the location... while you're alt tabbed enjoying youtube.
