It’s a glitch from me actually. Someone told me my vicious packs all have this problem. I did some testing and discovered it was indeed me. Happened during a time where was a game glitch (from game, not me) with when you play as the baron you will get attacked by everyone. They eventually patched tha glitch in the backup mini update but because my weapon packs were created during that period, it stuck with my sav files. Anyone using my old weapon packs sav file template might carry this glitch. Newer packs should not have that problem as I start afresh.

Even if you just load in a shirt from Trainer, and save it in Selector. When you use that saved character, Buhurt bugs out.

The way I see it is, there are 3 loadouts on each team in Buhurt with two colors. If you are not in one of those loadouts with the right color, you are marked as an opponent.

Since we use a custom loadout, the game cannot assign us to the correct team.

what i found worked for me was having a longsword, ideally wait for an upward swing or movement that puts his sword above his head, and then you rush in below his arms, the size difference will prevent him from actually lowering his arms and attacking you
