Ahh gotcha, I wasn't aware it was just during the ultimate challenge.
The devs are aware of the issue— for now, I've heard that a temporary fix can be to lower/disable gore and blood in the game settings. It's the best we can do for now.

That fix I did give you tho usually addresses most issues across the board, stuff like issues with resolution, audio, etc.
