hello, i have an issue where the dates/times of messages arent displayed nor is the quick menu displayed on the right hand side when you hover over a message (it still doesnt work when i press shift)
this is a problem that has persisted through multiple system boots and it seems to be just with vencord as when i reinstall discord its fine but then when i reinstall vencord it comes back

open the dev tools with CTRL + Shift + i (Cmd + Option + i on MacOs) and click on the "console" tab at the top. Then paste and run (with enter) the following code.

i know that it's not on the firefox marketplace and not signed, thats why i set xpinstall.signatures.required to false to allow installing unsigned extensions.
the only current issue is it not fetching the file from the github servers when the branch is rebuilt

hey, i looked around a bit online and thru the discord but i couldnt find a css snippet/plugin to turn off the discord title bar when in a vc, and having the window popped out. when i use the css snippets they apply just fine and remove the titlebar for the main discord window but the titlebar still shows in the popout window

If you are trying to use cloud integrations in the browser (specifically Firefox), it won't work due to CSP issues as the Vencord extension cannot correctly allow access to the API. There's no fix besides using a different browser or using the desktop clients.

For over two months now, I’ve been having a problem that still hasn’t been fixed, so I’m reporting it because you probably don’t know about it-or maybe it’s just an issue on my end. Almost every time discord updates, my Vencord breaks and completely disappears from Discord, as if it was never installed.

Also, one of your Windows installers doesn’t work - the Download VencordInstaller.exe version doesn’t run for me. Only Download VencordInstallerCli.exe works. Why is that? When I try to run the first one, it says that Discord is already running, even though it isn’t. I checked the Task Manager and there were no background processes. I even disabled Discord’s auto-start, restarted my PC, and opened Download VencordInstaller.exe again, but it still said that it was running in the background.

The only way to fix this issue is to use VencordInstallerCli.exe and choose the repair option there. I have to do this almost every time Discord updates.

I honestly don’t understand how that conclusion was made.

I have my own AI system, which I’ve been developing for over two years, used exclusively for user testing and documentation. The plugin’s logic is entirely my own work. I certainly don’t make a living from Discord plugins, and I don’t need this.

the installer probably supports flags, just run vencordInstallerCli.exe --help and it should show all options; otherwise you can use vesktop which has its own repair vencord button in the tray icon

I think I'm the only one with this issue, but when I use Vencord(I checked, the plugins or themes didn't cause anything, Vencord did), the message timestamps disappear
Now using Compact mode brings it back but I'm used to this normal look, and I wish to maintain that

I investigated with all of my message-related plugins, and eventually created a backup of my settings.json file and uninstalled Vencord to see it return, but upon installing barebones Vencord, it's gone again

What exactly should I do to fix this? Message timestamps to me is a really useful feature
