I'm using the Vencord extension in Ungoogled Chromium flatpak on Fedora linux but don't have a button to open the folder within Vencord settings, and I can't find a Vencord or Vesktop folder under ~/.config or ~/.local

I've tried searching the server for "theme folder" but can't find an actual path for Linux, only for Windows, as everyone but me can apparently just click a button

2. Type sudo
3. Drag VencordInstaller.app into your terminal
4. Append /Contents/MacOS/VencordInstaller
5. The final input should now look something like this. Double check that you have everything correctly, especially the space.

sudo /Users/YourUsername/Downloads/VencordInstaller.app/Contents/MacOS/VencordInstaller

6. Run by hitting Enter and the installer should open. If it says file not found, you made a mistake
7. Installing should now work!
8. If you still get the same error, give your terminal app Full Disk Access and try again

I am using FakeNitro and would like to know...how come the 1st time it quietly sent me the emote in the correct format and the 2nd time instead as an image?

If its sent with no text it will embed with just a link (which discord embeds so you don’t see it)

But if it’s also sent with text you cant embed a link to hide it, so fakenitro removes the link and hyperlinks it to its name so it looks cleaner

Your Discord seems to have installed in the wrong place. This could be due to a variety of issues.

Client modifications are against Discord's Terms of Service.

However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it

Join a Voice and click on that Voice Chat so you see the participants cam / Avatar. Then use the Disconnect Button while still looking at the Voice Channel... it is different from the aura gradient which I already disabled thanks to the CSS Snippets from here...
