The code I provided configurs whole themes to change your background, so any changes on your existing themes will not need additional configuration(unless you add new one)

Why is my Discord laggy?

The most common cause of lag is poorly written CSS.

To see if this is the case for you, try temporarily disabling all themes and your QuickCSS.

If that indeed fixes the lagging, you'll have to figure out which theme / part of your QuickCSS is causing the lag.Just slowly remove parts of it until it doesn't lag anymore.

I am having the same issue, happened when I updated to the latest version of discord. Looking at the discord datamine changes from the channel you have set up they changed Sensitive content filters to Sensitive media filters. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, just seems to line up with when it it happened.

Hello, new user to Vencord (or trying to be). For some reason, I cannot get Vencord to properly install itself on my Discord.

Repro steps:

• Download the Vencord Installer exe.
• Make sure it's not blocked by Windows (Right-click -> Properities -> Unblock)
• Run the Exe
• Verified that the install locations are correct.
• Clicked Installer

What happens:

• If Discord was open, it shuts it down.
• A message appears saying that it successfully patched.
• I reopen Discord, and:
  • the ability to minimize, maximize/restore, and close the window are gone.
  • the options for Vencord do not exist.

Stranger yet, the OpenAsar does successfully install and uninstall itself, and its options appear in the settings.
When I install Vencord on top of it, it's options disappears. Uninstall Vencord, and it fixes itself again.

2. Type sudo
3. Drag VencordInstaller.app into your terminal
4. Append /Contents/MacOS/VencordInstaller
5. The final input should now look something like this. Double check that you have everything correctly, especially the space.

sudo /Users/YourUsername/Downloads/VencordInstaller.app/Contents/MacOS/VencordInstaller

6. Run by hitting Enter and the installer should open. If it says file not found, you made a mistake
7. Installing should now work!
8. If you still get the same error, give your terminal app Full Disk Access and try again

hey is there a way for vesktop to detect games? the registered games and game overlay tabs don't show up at all under activity settings

Hi, I just reinstalled Windows (moved to windows 10 iot enterprise ltsc), re-downloaded Discord and it works fine, but for some reason when I install Vencord, it logs me out of Discord entirely, and shows me a Windows prompt asking to insert a security key into a USB port. Skipping past it using a Windows Hello PIN shows Discord completely outside its webview, no minimize/maximize/X buttons, refusing to connect to any VCs or to even recognize my mic (it thinks it's in a chrome tab), and going to Discord settings shows that Vencord did not actually install. Has anyone else experienced this?
