ok this is the issue. you have multiple discord versions, this is a bug with discord that affects some windows users. to fix it, do the following to clean install discord (this will wipe discord from your pc and then reinstall it):

I'm on Chrome, and I can't use any of my groups after a while of having the advanced group option on or whatever, nor can I find the vencord option in my settings at all. Is there any way to fix this currently?

1. close discord from your system tray by clicking on the up arrow in your taskbar & right clicking the discord logo and clicking quit discord. close any browser discord tabs too, and then check your task manager and make sure all instances of discord are closed there as well.
2. win key & r at the same time & paste %AppData%/Discord & hit the return key
3. delete the discord folder
4. win key & r at the same time & paste %LocalAppData%/Discord & hit the return key
5. delete the discord folder
6. restart pc
7. redownload discord
8. install vencord again to this new discord install

hmm it could be because you deleted the discordaudio folder, but i have no idea thats just a guess. maybe try uninstalling vencord with the vencordinstaller and then try installing it again (and of course closing discord and checking its closed with task manager and reopening it before verifying that it installed)?

Kill the vencordinstaller with task manager & trash vencordinstaller. Then win r & paste %appdata%/vencord and delete the vencord folder. THEN

2. Press "take me there"
3. If the folder is named after your username, delete it
4. Reinstall Discord
5. Try installing vencord again

Hey guys so I have an issue with vesktop where when I stream to my friend they can hear themselves talking any clue how to fix this or even disable audio for Discord only?

i read known issues already, uninstalled and reinstalled, vencord shows in setting and stuff, but whenn i right click on anything discord crashed, none of the plugins are working and i reloaded alot, I Read Known Issues

yes its normal

on windows it just screenshares system audio, on linux you get a choice of applications

if you're on windows just use the default client for screensharing
