Your Discord seems to have installed in the wrong place. This could be due to a variety of issues.

To fix it, click the "Take me there!" button and follow the instructions in the dialog.

2. Press "take me there"

3. Make sure you are in the discord folder, if not, go there

4. ctrl+a and delete (aka, delete everything in the folder)

5. Go back a folder (outside of the discord folder, it'll either be ProgramData or your windows username)

6. Delete the discord folder

7. Now open discord

• If it works, cool, install vencord
• If not: reinstall discord, install vencord

Client modifications are against Discord's Terms of Service.

However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it

Hello! I've just installed Vencord, and it was for one only reason - Light mode Nitro themes. In normal Discord you can set you theme to dark or light mode, and only then choose a colored Nitro theme. These themes will adapt to the mode you have selected previously. But in Vencord FakeNitro plugin only first 8 themes are light, other ones are dark themes, which is not the case on Discrod with Nitro. Is it a know issue or a new bug that can be fixed?

I did read known issues, it doesn't say that any Nitro themes are broken. Only the themes as .css. And I thought this question could be relevant 🤔

Let me show you what I meant by that message.
These 6 Images are made with FakeNitro plugin OFF. In the preview theme I can first select a theme, and then a color scheme. If I first select dark theme, and then first of the 8 preview themes it will still be dark theme, but with that color. Same if I choose a darker color scheme. Now If i try Light mode, then the first 8 light themes would be light, and others would be also light.
However, if FakeNitro plugin is ON, then to choose a light theme you have to pick from first 8, and other color themes would be dark mode. That is what I'm trying to say, hope you understand

It worked fine previously but the new discord 60.deb package most likely broke it.
I haven't tried reinstalling discord itself yet but I have reinstalled Vencord (and repaired it twice before reinstalling)
