Discord seems to insist on being quiet... even with output at 200% how fix?

--Issue:
-When I have Discord open and I have it focused, and then I click on another window, Discord will minimize to tray. Sometimes it just flashes the desktop.
--Context/Isolating:
-3 monitor setup. Discord on leftmost monitor, maximized.
-I use a theme.
-I use TaskBarX and Wallpaper Engine. The former just makes my taskbars centered on all 3 monitors.
-Vencord and Discord is/are up to date, as are all plugins, checked prior to sending this message.
-Win 10 Home 64, up to date.
-Does not occur on vanilla Discord with no Vencord installation.
-If it matters, all drivers are up to date- including chipset, GPU and BIOS.
-If it matters, specs; AMD 7900 GRE, 5900X, MSI X470 Gaming Plus, 32GB DDR4.
--Troubleshooting I've done so far:
-Restart. Issue persists.
-Reinstall of both Dis/Vencord. Issue persists.
-Turned off TaskBarX / Wallpaper Engine, ensured those apps were up to date. Issue persists.

Is there any way to customize the code of the plugin? I'm not going to distribute it.
In particular I want lastfm rich presence to censor song titles, because I am an admin on some servers where teenagers sit.
I realize that I could request such a feature from the original plugin authors, but it's easier and faster for me to write it myself.

Hello, i've noticed 2 issues with Vencord but i am not sure they are worth making a github ticket.

1. When using Clip Studio Paint with an old Wacom, Discord randomly closes/crashes after some time. I never noticed anything about it aside from Discord not being there when i Alt+tab to check if I have new messages. I have not noticed this behaviour on another software. I have not tried to run Clip without my tablet or without Discord overlay though.
2. The emojis from FakeNitro seem to have stopped working half an hour ago. I tried reinstalling Vencord but it has not fixed it. They appear in the text field, but when i hit enter the sent message only contains the emoji name without the hyperlink or any attached picture

upon a quick research on Github and this discord server i've found nothing related to those two issues, but i am terrible at looking for things so I may just have missed it.
(i am on windows 10 using PTB, idk if that helps)

Hello, right now I'm using Linux with using NVIDIA Optimus GPU on Vesktop latest build and have a problem bad performance and low framerate when streaming video.

When I saw this issue and this commit the performance is still bad. For version, i took the last commit from github and compiling it manually.

For proof, I'd send my friend recording on his handheld when watching my stream. I'll relaunching my Vesktop for sending the startup logs if required.

Probably been mentioned before but web doesn't seem to work and doesn't show the settings category at all.
Using Firefox with Tampermonkey, there are also some other browser extentions, most likely to interfere are NoScript, CanvasBlocker, Privacy Badger, and Ublock Origin.
