hi i have a weird bug when being on a call in vesktop, suddenly all the audio in my computer spikes really loud and then goes back to normal. i have no clue how to fix it or what's causing it but it has scared me numerous times and at this point i'm considering just not using it

I have been searching for while through this discord and online, but I haven't found the answer so sorry if this is a lack of search sklzz.
I am running arcolinux with hyprland, installed webcord-vencord-git from the aur, and downloaded some themes. However, I do not see how to actually apply the themes. There is a toggle on the uploaded themes I can click but that doesn't appear to apply any changes. Secondly, when I try to open the QuickCSS I get a popup saying that it could not open and I should ensure popups are enabled.... seemed ironic.
A nudge in the right direction would be helpful please.

Hey there, 2 weeks ago someone made a github issue describing exactly the issue I have and it got closed as "not related to development" with no solution posted.
The issue is this: https://github.com/Vencord/Vesktop/issues/387
when i open Vesktop, the image above is what displays and can only be fixed by killing it in task manager or the taskbar. I have tried reinstalling using the latest installer from vencord.dev.
Windows 11 23H2, fully updated as of Feb 26th

note that i didnt make the issue

but i am able to reproduce it

Don't really need support but, just wanted to leave a note to whomever may use the info, relevant or not maybe: somewhat soon after the EOL announcement, an update to discord came through, and the vendetta updater worked all the way to the patching stage and would fail out, I tried several times, eventually just kept using the older client, and another update came recently, that one worked entirely
