so i tried uninstalling and reinstalling discord
but i dont think it's fully uninstalling
because when i run discordsetup.exe all it does is update and then im still logged in

so far what i've done is made it upload the gif to my own file hoster, then change the quickcss file into the url of that file, but that's pretty slow because it takes like a few seconds to upload, and it'd be quite a bit faster if i could use the actual file path
