• according to some people this has performance issues. however noone has ever cited any relevant sources / benchmarks so take this with a grain of salt. see for yourself whether you notice any difference
• the entire point of the suffixes is making classes unique, aka there are dozens of .wrapper-* classes. when removing the suffix you now match all of them so you need to also match the parent to be more specific

updating shouldn't be too hard, you can just search for the normal part:
ctrl shift i > ctrl shift f > enter the normal bit "peopleColumn" > jump to results and see
