So...., stupid idea, but

So, this might be farfetched with the Three Headed Monkey, but it reminds me Three wise monkeys. They have emoji's with the Unicode's of U+1F648 ; U+1F649 ; U+1F64A .

Another idea, might be with the Chinese zodiac. Not a three headed monkey, but might gives us some idea regarding how to find them. It represents the elemental of metal. So maybe not a mirror , but some sort of metal surface.
Another aspect of the monkey zodiac is that it has the luckey numbers of 1, 3, 4, 7, 8; Avoid: 2, 5, 9. But when we relate these numbers to time they lose meaning as not only does it sorta not make sense with the time the Monkeys were available on all maps for that specific time.
If we continue our search on Monaco we still don't know if there is a specific location or it is available onm the whole map, but the zodiacs have earthly branches, which have a season and a double hour. In this case the monkey has the earthly branch of Shen which is 240° and 3pm to 5pm.

just had a random thought for 3HM, since the dolphins were found on the sunset variant, i'm thinking the 3HM is on the Duck and Cover variant for Monaco. Maybe we have to emote while looking at the Duck, something in that nature. Is there anything weird about the destroyed church? I know my idea is copying pretty much the dolphins and it's most likely much different, but just trying to brianstorm something. I think cannons are deemed "unachievable" right now, rob said an ee was leaving with s1 and people suspect that it was the cannon ee (due to it being speculated that recon senses being needed for the cannon ee and being removed)

The cannons were not suspected they were confirmed to be a part of a difficult ee(one of the hardest yet Rob said). We never got a confirmation that recon senses were involved. It was a point that got lifted many times.
