Just checked it out, using iZotope RX 10 Advance for anyone who cares/knows what that is (Audio pro, got fancy tools lol)

All that area is, is the release tail. I even boosted the gain, it's just arpeggiation fading out. I can post a clip of that if anyone is really interested but I honestly don't think it's much of anything.
I can also post an image of the spectrogram at various amplitude color increases if that happens to be of value, but for now I'm still digging around with settings just in case, to see if there's any real fine details hidden around

There might be, And yes it wouldn't stand out, that's why I boosted the gain, and isolated certain frequencies that looked peculiar

The other thing I'm considering is it's cut up across frequency bands and THOSE need to be cut and pasted together to make an image. But I'm still investigating that possibility 🙂

The windows above the left side of the bridge don't line up at all and the trees don't line up at all either. The traffic lights are also not there and the street sign barely fits. Also in the glitched image it looks like a tree above the "sign" but there are no trees at that height in the street view image. Then it looks like there is stairs or flower beds with a path in front of the building which isn't there either.

If you look at the top there are triangles on the curve of the stadium seatings. Those match pictures from the game fairly well. Given the first picture we can already see that the stadium is high up as well so it matches the other picture

I watched and I really don't think this is a 1:1 for that map image you showed. CNS = CNN is a pretty huge stretch to make as well. Atlanta as a possibility sure, maybe? But it's not really significant or even exciting in any way.

I don't think we can really say "Looks like a QR code" for anything unless we're able to identify finder/timing/alignment patterns in the data.
If you can't find any of those you're basically saying "Looks like noise". A QR code without those patterns is indistinguishable from noise.
