Early on I said I checked this against the constellations, thinking it might be depicting one of them, and came to the conclusion it wasn't.

However I think this is worth a second look - I've been neck deep in constellation art from a specific era, but the constellations have changed (some of them removed and added) and the depictions have altered quite a bit.

The most notable things I see in this image are:

• Possible clue in the pattern of his clothing
• Galaxy legs (my partner has some snag tights like these, they rock)
• Specifically four stars around the head
• One closed fist and one open hand
• It's an example of an Illumination, given that the word has other (non-Minion) contexts, this might be a clue too

At first glance I thought this might symbolise Orion (the closed fist wielding a club, the open hand a bow) but my fixation on Urania's Mirror meant it didn't line up for me. Perhaps the Medieval nature of this image is a clue as to when we should be looking.

When I wasn't checking my tail for Sofia's assassins, I had a little more time to consider the Syzygy connections I made, and thought it was a good example of a thought process I've been using.

I used the analogy of the bridge here to cover some common pitfalls in solving extensive ARGs / Riddles / Puzzles etc. #easter-eggs message

What I didn't touch upon was how that same analogy can potentially be used to aid in determining the importance of a connection.

You might find a connection like Syzygy fits pretty well with some of the clues or conclusions we've come to. It doesn't seem to fall into any of the traps I mentioned before, and overall seems like it could be a useful link in the bridge. Trouble is, to what end is it useful?

Without making the error of chasing down this path endlessly, it can be useful to theoretically come at it from the other side. At this stage in T3 we can assume that Syzygy isn't a key component of the answer, if it even is a component at all. Why? Because take a look at this page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syzygy

That's a lot of potential links to Syzygy, the vast majority of which remain unused - there's two reasons why this would be the case:

• It's not an intended pillar on the bridge
• It's intended, but not integral, and should only act as a link between two points

That second option is worth considering unless there's anything else that give good cause to write it off entirely. Once we reach the Syzygy pillar it has the potential to branch off in over a dozen directions, but if none of those resulting pillars have been hinted at, then they neither add further support, or suggest the pillar is central to the bridge - It's a stepping stone at best.
