the sun having glasses and a nice bow is completely unrealistic since the temperature of the sun surface is so hot that they would instantly burn to ashes, to the point that even the ashes itself would completely vanish. the only possible scenario could be that the glasses and the bow are so far away from the sun that they would not be that hot to burn down. if hitting the right angle while being perfectly sized to the given distance it could give the illusion of the glasses and the bow sitting right on top of the sun. however due to having to hit a perfect distance, size and viewing angle this is very unlikely.

The obvious: check your connection, check your NAT type, if you can go wired instead of wireless, that would be preferred.

There are slightly less obvious items in addition to that, but I haven't messed around with them as much, like opening ports (may carry security risk), etc.

Also, another obvious one, the quality of your internet service. If you can opt for Fiber/FiOS, that's usually not a bad idea as well. I don't know how much upload speed plays into online gaming, but Fiber uploads obliterate standard cable (i.e. Comcast) upload speeds.
