FCAR has 225 DPS, against a medium at max dmg, body hits only, is 1 second, which is about how long it took for him to kill you, maybe slightly longer...

so more than likely, afaict, he hit all/mostly body shots, hitting after you ducked back is explained by ping, and the only sus thing is the 'snapping' which might be explained by ping or something similar where the game didnt update the animation or w/e...

i know ive had tons of times where im fighting super close to some one, and the last few hits on me look like they're shooting behind themselves (im taking damage while they're looking almost 180 from me) so this is obv an issue with the game in some aspect with client vs server animations.

long story short my guy, MAYBE he's cheating? but it's certainly plausible he's not, i go with the benefit of the doubt, as i'd rather some cheaters go free a few times instead of reporting someone who wasnt cheating.
