Elo is an average your ability to find a way to win in any environment, maybe I'm the top performer on a losing team in a low Elo lobby, but a true higher Elo player would have probably won if they replaced me on the team I lost on

performance metrics don't matter and are arbitrary, win loss record is the true indicator of how good you are as a player especially as you play more and more games
