I think they probably put more resources than expected into TGM. This is a niche game and marketing hasn’t been massive this year so the community hasn’t grown much beyond core fans, and a more concentrated community really exacerbates any and all flaws in a game. If Season 9 needs to be a QOL>Balance season, then that is fine, but they do need to communicate the vision and timeline they have of The Finals with the people who actually play it more.

I know it might sound silly but the CL and MGL are by far the strongest weapons in the game mode on defence, almost to the point where there is literally nothing you can do about it. I just lost a game where we had a 50 credit lead all the way to the last objective, but they had 2 MGLs and 2 CLs, so they pulled it to nearly the border, then just kept shooting at the building we had to attack from for like 10 minutes until we lost

We started the objective a few times but they just overturned it and there was nothing we could do

That is sensitivity, it is for all weapons. For any weapon, any scope if enabled it makes zoom sens feel 1:1 to hipfire

this is a completely new experience to people, its something you need to try and learn

@tulip forge I do believe low population itself has a problem of rank being terrible, but even without that S4 rank still makes diamond(which is top 1000) vs gold(which is 100000) as match as usual. It's not about population. It's about system itself. Unless game keep making unfair matchmaking in the name of seed system rank will never gonna revive.

@tulip forge not like what you say, for me core issue is the system, and even if we have a lot of playerbase without changing anything(which means solving "your" core issue) rank still gonna match gold and diamond in same match because it is what this ranked system does. Ofc more player means we can get more chance of "fair" matchmaking but we have terrible rank system which allows diamond in gold lobby in the name of seed system that golds never gonna get and this need to be gone(which is "my" core issue that I think)
