A lot of it is easily fixed with RAM, but that isn't so easy to come by nowadays.
I had horrific stuttering and freezes back in season 7, but I upgraded from 8 to 32 gigabytes of RAM and I've had maybe 3 games (legitimately) that were a little laggy since.
Back in season 6 you could get 32 gigabytes of RAM for $100 now it'll cost you a couple vital organs though.

Honestly, season 10 should give light a heavy nuke deployable spec.
A generic looking box with a couple explosive mines and a c4 that you can trigger, it does normal nuke damage and can remain active even after thrown, but it has a cooldown of 20s
I think it would be fair to bring back a classic feature as a spec, just give light a free kill every 20s at the cost of movement/stealth

No, it would 1 shot light with the armed shot and medium with good placement. But you'd be completely out of ammo after. Additionally, you'd actually have to sit there and ads to charge it up, making you much more vulnerable. Like yeah you could still dash but outside of your dashes you're basically stuck. Much higher skill ceiling without changing its identity or overall performance.
