xp54 fails at securing any sort of range and it is just a "noob pick" in a way that it just doesn't really require being learnt or being used to
xp54 only upside is low recoil
close range: loses to db m11 matter v9s 93r (and you don't want to play close range this season with bfr winch heavies everywhere)
medium range: 93r lh1 and arn are already gonna test your ability, as xp54 effective range is just 22.5 meters which is shorter than any of the previously mentioned guns, your ttk times are gonna increase very quickly while the previous guns still maintain full damage
long range: you can only really chip damage with xp, arn lh1 will make your life living hell if you dare challenge them with xp54
ok well this gun kinda fails at any other range compared to other options, maybe it has good ttk or range advantage over any other build? ❌
you have no chance against medium with xp54 without getting ambush advantage since xp54 has about 15% more dps than akm/fcar lol, you have no chance against a heavy since xp54 barely has any range advantage over heavy guns (and especially titan or shak), like shak literally outguns xp54 light at range
basically xp54 is just a very mid option that gives you no range to play around, no real dps advantage and a very low mag with long reload speed that is just pain in the ass to play around when fighting multiple enemies
