Yeah once I learned to use that it became a lot better but i did find that some of the enemy placement was still too far ahead to see even with the far look. I do think people dislike it a bit too much in that aspect since I still enjoyed my time despite the game's issues

Make sure your sens is comfortable but still reactive, make sure you play some support not just run off and do your own thing, support your team in a fire fight and other situations where you can turn the tide (my wishlist for light mains to be useful)

depends on your playstyle, for long range i like sniper with grapple. short range is double barrel and invis (some go for dash), mid range is the double mag carbine. I always also bring sonar grenades to locate enemies in places with alot of walls and cover

Positioning near your team is important, positioning so that you have the jump on an enemy assaulting or about to get the jump on a teammate is important or grabbing a teammates revive and positioning close to the cashout or fight but not near any one or thing that could get in the way or kill you. About Loadout whatever you like and works well for you

The thing that was preventing a long range meta until now was the fact that heavy lacked any dedicated long range options, and the way revives work sorta forces all 3 players to have similar range weapons.
