From what I understand about the 'share' part is, you team together, run agreed upon targets, then relog and someone else invites you, and run same content again. Rinse-and-repeat

There's a tile that can spawn in the Glades dungeon, a large circular area with a deer statue in the middle, activate the statue and 20 waves of Mockeries will spawn, increasing in level, it ends once the waves are defeated (or you die)

In my experience there is often just 1-2 smokes per location. Come back later, and there will be more.
Or if you wanna push it quickly, just relog.
I'd recommend going to your Nightfold between pickups, if you find more then one smoke at a time though. otherwise they often don't count. Tabbing in and out always worked for me.

Pacts are more like toolkits than classes

And many can be run with a Courage/Spirit build

Gossamer Quartz can be most commonly found in Dendrit (flower) chests. Glades of Andurin and Dermark Undercity dungeons often spawn a number of Dendrit chests. There are also a number of spawns around the starting area of the map. Some Tales include steps with Dendrit chests. And you can find random spawns of Dendrit chests guarded by a few enemies.

Chests have drop tables same as enemies, so sometimes you get what you want, sometimes you don't. It's just the nature of a game. It can feel slow at first, so don't focus as much on the "grinding". After you've played for awhile you'll have materials running out your ears.

You have a good bit of content that you'll need to do, as well, such as Tales/Votives to level Enclaves, and many of those Tales take you through the dungeons, allowing you to kill two birds with one stone.

Bosses also have a rare chance to drop materials like Gossamer, though lower because their loot pools are fairly big, but you'll need to kill bosses to get Runes. So you can complete content and farm materials as you do it.

Okay, well, let me say this lol: if you've completed most of the content in game, including getting all the gear and levelling all 3 factions, you're guaranteed to have more than enough of every kind of material to craft all the items you want. I understand you're wanting just one specific thing right now, but I'm trying to save you from the headache that is micro-focusing on a single thing and being frustrated that it's taking a bit to get it.

My advice is, again, do the stuff you haven't done and try to farm what you want at the same time. Otherwise, keep running through the Glades or Dermark, and don't stop till you have what you want. It's your choice which path you prefer, but it's still going to take whatever time it takes.

In my experience the best way to get the quartz is to keep checking the sprout folk shop every time it resets you can buy it 10 at a time there, it’s not there every rotation but it’s been my main source

Check Avakot every 3 hours and buy the 10 quartz.

Then do Circade crypt for as many keys as you have, you can usually get 5-6 gossamer quartz per run from the chests.
