The following rules act in tandem with the EULA, TOS and Guidelines found on the Forums.

Breaking any or all of these rules may result in an official warning, kick, or permanent zero-tolerance ban from this server. Mind your manners, Envoys!
1. Listen to Moderators and Staff
If a <@&1154466146741932193>, <@&1154466522203435088>, or <@&1153396846169956353> individual asks you to stop doing something in chat - listen. If you have any concerns over what they have told you, reach out to #discord-mod-mail.
For many rule infractions, we will try to let you know in chat before we ever give a warning. If you are told in chat to stop doing something, that is the Moderator or Staff Member saying “Hey, if you keep doing that I have to give you a warning, so stop doing that.”
2. Speak in English
Please keep posts in English unless otherwise specified. It can be difficult for us to accurately moderate messages that are not in English, so we will remove any conversations in other languages.
3. Respect Others
Respect Others: Harassment, rude comments, and hate speech will not be tolerated in the Soulframe Discord Server. Anyone who discriminates or bullies based on race, sexual orientation, disability, skill-level, or anything else to make someone else uncomfortable in the Soulframe community will be removed from the server.
This server has a zero tolerance policy towards hate speech.
A few examples that break Rule 3:
- Getting around chat filters to use racist, sexist, ableist, or homophobic terms.
- Calling others names to bully them and make them feel unwelcome
- Intentionally trying to make another Envoy upset
4. Quality Standards
Quality Standards: Conversation should be thoughtful, on-topic, and constructive when participating in channel discussions. Spam, inappropriate/offensive content, blatant advertising or self-promotion, developer bashing, discussing/promoting exploits and wildly off-topic content are not welcome. Additionally, we ask that you refrain from posting AI-generated content within this Discord server.
Please keep discussions related to Soulframe and Soulframe-related topics, including media posted in discussions. Please refrain from asking for a Soulframe Preludes invite/code to avoid spam in our channels.
A few examples that break Rule 4:
- Posting gifs, videos, or images that are not related to Soulframe or the current conversation.
- Posting Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content
- Starting entirely off-topic conversations
- Posting your own YouTube videos for others, unprompted.
- Posting images or content generated by an AI
- Posting Preludes invites/codes for sale is not allowed. Keep the focus on Soulframe.
Finally, please ensure exploits or glitches of a similar nature are reported in #1438224825113120788 or sent to Soulframe Support, rather than discussed in public channels.
5. Respect Privacy
Respect Privacy: Do not publicly disclose your personal information or anyone else’s. Examples include phone numbers, addresses, locations, IP addresses, selfies, and anything else that can be used to identify a user outside of the Soulframe community.
Remember that our chats are visible to everyone, so personally identifiable information could be viewed by anyone in the world. This rule is for safety reasons and we take it very seriously!
A few examples that break Rule 5:
- Posting a link to your home
- Posting your EE.Log or IP Address
- Posting a selfie
- Saying “Hey guys, I’m staying at this hotel for TennoCon, come say hi!”
